My husband and I went to Miami Beach for my birthday, as Miami Beach is our go to place when we don't know where to go. We had stayed at the Shelborne previously before the renovation in a condo that was disgusting. Needless to say we were very careful about looking at units and pictures. This condo was exactly how it looked on the pictures. Very cute, clean with a great ocean view. Perfect for our little get away. The only negative small part was the lack of a working hair dryer. However, one of the agents did offer to give me hers to use, but she also needed it back. It wasn't too much of a big deal, however, when I have stayed in places before and complained that something wasn't clean or working, it usually was replaced within hours. That is the only reason I gave this condo 4 and not 5 stars.
Every one was very nice and called an tried to make sure we had everything we needed. Oh , one other thing. I was confirmed by email for one condo and given the key to another. We arrived at 1 am, and didn't know which condo to go to. We went to the condo I had the email confirmation. We knocked on the door just to be sure , and someone answered. Thanks goodness we knocked, it was 1 am!!!
Other than those small things, we will definitely stay in this lovely condo again, without hesitation.

This hotel was amazing, from the moment we walked in, we felt cared for by every staff member that came in contact with us. The restaurant was divine, food and service was amazing. The hotel is located on the beach. Overall amazing holiday and definitely will be back hopefully soon.
