What a gem!, Great one bedroom, one bathroom condo. Across the street from the ocean on Collins Avenue. Great location! Professionaly decorated, full size kitchen with all the ammenities. Livingroom has a large screen LED TV with plenty of seating for everyone and the couch pulls out to a bed. Bedroom houses a queen size bed with flat panel TV. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Plenty of parking on the street with restaurants, stores and nightlife within walking distance.
