Unit 1 has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It is located on the ground floor and will accommodate up to six people. Unit 1 has an Art Deco style décor accompanied by modern furnishings.The living room in Unit 1 has a black futon-sofa, a plasma TV with DVD player and an IPod stereo dock. There is a separate area with a dining table and four chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the guest... room has two twin beds. The master bedroom has a TV and a security safe. When I first saw the place, me and my sisters were so amazed. This place was close to our favorite Miami club and also close to Ocean Drive. Everything was in walkable distance. The space inside the apartment was large enough and accomdated all of us very well. I will definitely use this space if available every time I vacation in Miami.
The place is nice and very well located, close to the beach, Lincoln road, a privileged location. There is something wrong, however, with the ceiling insulation and you can hear the people on the top floor walk, move and even sneeze. Id suggest the owner to invest in a permanent solution to make this place perfect. The kitchen should be equipped with some basic pots and pans. I understand not everyone likes to cook on vacation, but sometimes you need basic stuff to prepare and serve food.
