Corner Studio---Top/3rd floor/2 Flights up…Separate Eat-In Kitchen, with no shared walls on 3 sides and no apartment above…Extremely Bright and private.

Two streets to Ocean Drive and the Beach. Two Streets to Lincoln Road, a Pedestrian Outdoor Mall lined with Restaurants, Shopping and some of the best people watching in South Beach.

One street away is Espanola Way, lined with Sidewalk Cafes and Restaurants.

The building itself is well maintained and secure. There is a private Pool with Lounge Chairs; and a Coin operated Washer/Dryer on each floor.

Free Google WebPass for High Speed Internet.

Response from the owner For better or for worse, South Beach is not a quaint beach town and street noise similar to what you would find in a small city is standard. One thing worthno ting: This is one of the few Condominiums in South Beach which is a legal Short Term Rental Building. Many apartment listed here prohibited by the City or the Condominium Association from allowing this.

How do damage deposits work?
