With a short walking distance to South Beach City Center (which is Lincoln Road Mall) and the beach you are in “the best location” in heart of South Beach. You are located only 6 blocks west of the Oceanfront W – home of world’s famous & hippest restaurant lounges and 6 blocks north of Lincoln Road Pedestrian Mall at South Beach – Miami Beach City Center.

You do not need a car in South Beach! But believe it or not here you have one of the few places where you have FREE parking in South Beach. Everywhere else in South Beach there is metered parking only in effect from around 9:00 a.m. to 12 midnight. There are a couple of public parking lots and some private lots within walking distance where there is overnight parking for $8 per day. You can walk to most places and cabs are all over. Public transportation is outside the door. Car rental company and tourist office across is nearby.

We also provide you with the top 3 most popular Video Games Stations such as: Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Nintendo Wii.

Collins bought the land in the hope to build a nice beach resort. During the 20's - 50's South Florida was a gambling and entertainment Mecca. The ban against alcohol did not stop anybody. The buildings that today are called Art Deco were build during the 1930-40's. This have made South Beach Miami to world famous destination with some of the most famous International celebrities such as Madonna, Jennifer Lopez, Nikki Taylor, Lenny Kravitz, Emilio Iglesias and Kornikova are just a few that have moved here.

  Our family, with two teenagers, recently spent time at this apartment when we visited Stockholm from Wisconsin. It was great for the four of us, and it could work well for a family with 5 kids too, though that might have been a little crowded. The apartment had everything we needed, and the location was as advertised: the best. It is one block away from Strandvagen, which has the trolley, the buses, any taxis you need, and a beautiful walking area, either right along the docks, or under a tree lined walk way in the middle of the street. It was a very short walk (maybe 3-4 blocks) to the city center (which for our purposes was the dock at the intersection of Strandvagen and Nybrokajen, where we caught the Hop-on Hop-off ferries). We could walk to Gamla Stan and also to Djurgarden without any difficulty, and these are two of the places you will want to see if you stay in Stockholm. We were also fairly close to two of the T-Bana (subway) stations. We ended up using the station at Karlaplan (about 3-4 blocks, but these are the longer blocks) but we also could have used the Ostermalm station, which was a little farther, maybe 4 or 5 blocks away. By the way, the subways are very good. The apartment was clean, neat, well supplied, and on the first floor. We were going to stay in Gamla Stan, which might have been nice and quaint, but this location, just a block off Strandvagen, was really in the center of everything. We would strongly recommend you staying here.

  The apartment was in a fantastic location, very comfortable, modern and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and the owners were very accommodating. Overall, it was very economical and the opportunity to make our own meals was a definite plus.
