Beautiful 3200 square foot home. Open floor plan great for entertaining (Bar, Big Screen, Surround Sound, Pool Table). Marble floors, Wood flooring upstairs. Private swimming pool. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Golf Course (2min). Beach and Lincoln Rd Mall (7 min). Miami Convention Center (4min). Ocean Dr (12 min) walking minutes. This is the best value for a luxury most modern house!

Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner. 3 Nights Minimum Rates are in $US and subject to change without notice. Check in after 3:PM EST call for early check in availability. Check out 10AM There is a minimum age requirement of 26 years old to rent the house without parents.
All reservations require a $1000.00 security deposit, which will be refunded within 5 days of your departure if the house is left in satisfactory condition with no damages. The full balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to arrival. All payments must be made with PayPal, personal check or money order.
Cancellation: If there is a cancellation up to 45 days prior to check in a full refund of all monies paid will be issued. If there is a cancellation within 45 days of check in a full credit will be issued to be applied towards future trips. Feel free to contact me.

Left on 02/02/2012 for a stay in January 2012
Nice place with great location. We were three couples and the house was spacious for us to be comfortable. We didn't use the pool because it was very cold (January), but it was well kept. The only complaint we had was that the TVs are hard to set up and kind of complicated. Our husbands enjoyed the pool table. The bathrooms could use some renovations, but otherwise the house was nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay very much. The owner was flexible and helpful.
