2004 construction, newly remodeled beautiful, modern and spacious 3 story townhomes, just steps from the warm blue waters and powder white sand Miami Beach is famous for. As you can see from the photos, these are high end vacation rentals with no expense spared. Perfect for families and business travelers alike. If it's not listed here, tell us what you need and we'll do our best to accomodate.

Are you looking for space? At 1,500 square feet with soaring high ceilings, our townhomes are roughly double the size of a typical 2 bedroom Miami Beach apt. In each you will find 2 ultra comfortable and private bedrooms with private baths (h...ard to find). A sofa bed in the living room brings the sleeping capacity to six per unit. There is also a convenient half bath in each living room (not common). You will also find a large, fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer (unusual). We can accomodate groups from 2 to 18 depending on availability.

You also get something rare on the beach, Free Self Parking! The unit comes with 2 side-by-side direct access garage parking spots.

Beautiful beachfront pool and complete gym with classes, sauna and steamrooms a short walk away for an additional fee. Beach gear, such as chairs, umbrella, cooler are also part of the deal, just bring sunscreen and a toothbrush and we will take care of the rest!

  The condo is well looked after and clean, the owner was very good to deal with and even gave a few suggestions about the area. The condo is not on the water, however, it is a 5 minute walk to the beach and perfect if you have a car, free secure parking. Groceries and restaurants close by and South beach is about a 10 minute drive.We were a group of 5 and it was comfortable .

  This condo is great! Very modern and luxurious. So close to everything. I loved that the beach and the food store are within short walking distance. One block! There are also cute little restaurants near by. Very safe area. Will definitely stay again!
