Rental fees
- Exit Cleaning fee - $350 / stay - Other - This is the exit cleaning fee. There is a once a week mandatory cleaning for guest staying 1 week and over at the guest expense. The rate is $20 x hour min 6 hours. There is also daily housekeeping service available upon request.
- Tax rate - 13% of rental - Tax

sin duda el mejor sitio para estar en south beach. la situacion inmejorable al lado de todo, lincoln road y ocean drive a 3 manzanas. situado en frente del golf con aparcamiento, en una comunidad super tranquila y amable. la casa es perfecta, super equipada, impecable, salon cocina etc es perfecta! super comoda. piscina en la azotea dando al golf super apetecible, jardin trasero super apetecible para tomar algo por la noche. yo recomiendo absolutamente este tipo de apartamento para estar en south beach ya que supone calidad de vida, nada que ver con ocean drive y este tipo de torres de apartamentos. sin duda volveria a esta casa, a parte de todas las comodidades y su situacion, lo mejor sin duda mitzi koch!!!
super profesional, desde el primer momento se puso en contacto conmigo, dandome toda la informacion. con un trato super cercano, dandome la seguridad y confianza que necesitaba, no como otros agentes que te responden un mail con 2 lineas.. sin duda la mejor agente inmobiliaria de miami, de verdad solo voy a alquilar en miami si lo hago con mitzi, es una persona seria, super profesional y amable, que durante toda mi estancia estuvo pendiente de si necesitaba algo y de que todo estuviera perfecto.
no dudeis en alquilar esta casa o cualquiera de las casas de mitzi porque son maravillosas, como ella! no he podido disfrutar mas mi estancia en miami que en esta casa y con la ayuda de mitzi.
