Rente el apartamento en el lapso del mes de agosto 2011 (vacaciones de verano) y realmente supero las espectativas que esperaba, la ubicacion de la comunidad es super ya que esta en la 107 del doral muy cerca de lugares de compra, parques, del aeropuerto y un sin fin de lugares de interes, el apartamente esta muy bien conservado y es notable que el mantenimiento es excelente, queda en planta baja por lo que se asemeja a una casa, dentro posee toda la comodidad del espacio, con cocina muy bien equipada, y una serie de detalles y servicio de computadora con enternet, GPS (para el que lo requiera), linea telefonica fija e incluso movil para quien lo requiera tambien...la verdad lo recomiendo absolutamente para una familia pequeña sea para descansar, de compras o trabajo...

Great location for golfers (Near Doral golf resort) arriving at MIa airport. The apartment was clean, very modern and confortable. The pool was a few feet away. Had some glitch with the key code but the owner was very helpful. We would go back and would recommend it to anyone.

This condo is amazing. Its very comfortable and definitely felt like home away from home.The apt is equipped with everything to make you comfortable. It is located close enough to all the major attractions. Will definitely rent here next time in Miami

The place was very modern, sparkling clean and comofrtable to stay.
We enjoyed staying there, cooking there and walking outisde along the lake so much. We were planning to go to the park, beach, etc., but we ended up to stay there most of our time.
We had truly everything what we needed even small items which we felt the caring by the owner.
The owner was also very helpful and all the process (booking, payment, check-in) were so smooth.
It is close to the airport, super maket is just neaby.
We stayed a lot of different places in Miami and we found that this place was one of the best we have ever had. We would absolutely love to go back for our next trip.
Thank you so much again andres!! We really had a great time and relax holiday there. -

The apartment was just as described. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The neighbourhood is very safe and very close to all the necessary amenities and the malls. I would love to stay here again in the future. If one can obtain the card-key to enter the compound beforehand then, especially for the first-time renters, then it would be simply perfect.

El dpto es muy lindo, tiene una ubicacion comoda si estas con auto, esta completamente equipado. Comodo mobiliario. El lugar es muy tranquilo, puedes dormir sin que nada te moleste. Buena relacion precio-calidad. El 'unico detalle que encontramos es que el suelo no estaba 100% limpio, por lo que tuvimos que barrer y aspirar una vez que llegamos. Puede haber sido un descuido de la persona que limpia, pero estoy segura que el propietario lo puede remediar sin problema. Bano y cocina estaba ok, la ropa de cama y toallas limpias. En resumen, volveria a este lugar de todas maneras..
