We really enjoyed our time here! Originally we planned on staying just a short time while we looked for something else, but just kept extending our stay because we liked it so much. The loft we stayed in is an open floor plan, unclutered, clean and very comfortable... Just what we like! We found Sylvi, her family, and staff very accomodating. Beautiful boutique resort pool! Very convenient location... 10-15 min drive to the beach and Oleta State Park. I felt safe driving in and parking late at night. Very nice to have a designated parking space and guest parking.( Which was an issue at the place we stayed at before this one) We had family stay with us a few times over the 4 months we lived there so we were very happy there was a pullout couch and a futon. Overall a very nice experience for us!

My Husband and I loved this beautiful condo where we are for vacation in July . It was quiet, located close to everything.Not to far from the Ocean and Shopping center.This condo is well equiped and we have Wifi, Internet and cable T.V. The kitchen has also microwave and diswasher all dishes and plates that you need.We have access with facility to the laundry.
This condo was spacious and very clean.
If we had any question, there is in the office somebody to help us.
The price is reasonable and we think to come here for the next vacation. -

If it wasn't for possible bed bug infestation, I would say that this place is fine to stay for a week during a vacation. The owner is very accommodating and pleasant and the kitchen and bathrooms are recently remodeled and in good shapes. The apartment itself, however, is outdated. Beds and sofas are uncomfortable and furniture is old. In addition, the pool is not well maintained - the pool furniture is dirty and there are bugs everywhere. The gym is not really a gym but a room with 2 pieces of old equipment. The location, while is not far from “happening” things, is not in a “happening” neighborhood or even neighborhood where one can walk around. Also, the beach is at least 15 minutes away, not 6. But I would be willing to overlook all of it if we did not wake up our last day there bitten by some bugs. I still have the marks all over my legs. I asked the landlord if anyone else complained of bed bugs and she acted as if she didn't know what they were, which I find hard to believe. Unfortunately, this overshadowed all the positives that this rental has to offer.

We have been with Trip Advisor for a long time making guests very happy and meeting people from all over the world. We are just a few minutes from Sunny Isles and Bal Harbour beaches (see map). Walking distance from a few good restaurants as well as Starbuck, Einstein Bagels, Kichen kitchen, Jumba juice etc... We are also on premisses in another loft with inventory in order to take care of any needs or demands from our guests.... The loft is very charming and cozy with contemporary furnitures. We are very sorry that this guest felt that way and we absolutely don't understand and agree with her comments....It would have been so easy if they had said something on premisses. Our maintenance people would have come and help immediately and make sure everything was fine! The well being of our guest is for sure our first priority....

We spent about $200 to buy the essentials for the kitchen and bathrooms.
There are no tea towels, dishwasher soap, dish cloths, napkins, cleanex, hand soap,No garbage cans in the kitchen or the bathroom. No broom to sweep the kitchen floor. No iron or ironing board. One roll of toilet paper for the intire stay. Kitchen had one 6 inch frying pan, one 6 inch pot and one plastic bowl..good luck with that..
I wasn't sure if the sheet were clean..

The loft has a fully equipped kichen with large refrigerator, microwave, full size range and oven, dishwasher etc.. any special pots, pans, dishes are easily available next door on premisses.,
We would have been very happy to provide any additional / necessary items immediately to our guests if they had mentionned anything to us .
We are just in the next loft , next door with all type of inventory in order to take care of any needs or demands from our guests.... We have been with Trip Advisor for a long time making guests very happy and meeting people from all over the world.... We also play the role of concierge and give our guests good adresses and fun restaurants around!!! Sylvie -

My wife and I loved this beautifully decorated condo located close to everything of interest in North Miami. Not too far from the ocean and close to shopping centres and other attractions, this well-equipped condo lacked nothing whatsoever and included wi-fi internet, cable tv, a micro-wave oven and a diswasher. All the appliances were of very high quality and we also had access to free laundry machines. This two-level condo had a huge over-sized bedroom containing a king-size bed with a modern bathroom. The owners were extremely delightful and promptly tended to our every need. They were always courteous and very pleasant. We felt very secure in this gated building which was also well maintained. We would suggest that the pool be heated but, otherwise, everything was perfect in every way. A gem to discover at a reasonable price!

I highly recommend Lofts on the Park for anyone who's looking for a place to stay in Miami. It's a beautiful two storey loft, furnished, and very clean. It definitely met my expectations, probably exceeded it actually. The pictures that I had seen before moving in were very nice (and usually, places have much nicer pictures than the actual place) but these pictures showed the loft exactly the way it was. I felt very safe living here as the building is gated. Parking is covered so you don't have to worry if it was raining outside. The landlord is very nice and responsive. Internet and cable were included in the rent and there is a laundry room on the first floor which is free! (no coins needed). There is also fitness room and a small pool to use. There are many good restaurants within walking distance and aventura Mall is just down the street. Very prime location to live in. I really have no complaints and will definitely be coming back here when I come to Miami again next time.

I stayed at this place in September 2011. I could not had been more happy with it. Contacting the landlord from the beginning was easy and very pleasurable. She made sure we happy with our choice and offered to do whatever she can to help make it so. The apartment is nice and clean and all the utilities were included. Laundry room on site and it's free! The location of the place is perfect. It is only about 40 minutes away from South Miami Beach and 30 minutes to Fort Lauderdale airport. There are plenty of great restaurants surrounding the area and having Costco nearby doesn't hurt either. I would highly recommend this place.

From here it is easy to start getting to know Miami and Florida. This apartment has plenty of room for everyone. Good place to rest, but not so good place to spend time or relaxing. (eg. small, cold pool is almost on the street, WiFi doesn't work on the upper floors)

This property/Owner is great! Enough said!
My Wife and I were new to short term/vacation Rentals and Sylvia was extremely understanding and immensely helpful! The property was beautiful, and everything the pictures make it out to be! The property had everything we needed and if it didn’t, Sylvia and Jeremy made sure they got it! The location is great! Close to department stores, a large mall, movie theater, tons of restaurants, and several grocery stores. There was also a Dog park close by on Biscayne that we took our Boston terrier to frequently!
We stayed at this property for 3 Months while my wife Interned at local Eye Doctor clinics. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the North Miami area! We would definitely stay here again in the future! -

I stayed here from June to September and had a wonderful stay. Everyone was very friendly from the other tenants to the staff. I would definatly recommend the lofts on the park. It has a very new and fresh interior with beautiful design. Two floors, the kitchen and bathrooms are exquisite! The loft was well equipped and had everything I needed including covered parking. Great location!

I was looking for my stay in Miami for a central and quite place and I found it in "The Lofts on the Park"!
To summarize:
- very modern, clean and well equipped apartments
- swimming pool
- large and safe parking place
- personal and more than friendly assistance by the owners
- 10 minutes by car to the beach and shopping center
I can recommend everybody to stay in this location when travelling to Miami!!!

This condo is centrally located and beautiful. It is safe with gated parking. Owners are very accommodating and provided necessities custom fit to our family. Bedding is comfortable, towels are numerous and lush, kitchen is well stocked and finishes are high end. For those not looking for the traditional hotel stay, I highly recommend this condo.
