This custom-built condo features a full kitchen with contemporary style wood cabinetry, KitchenAid refrigerator, Bosch stainless steel oven, electric dishwasher and stovetop, and built-in microwave.

The unit comfortable sleeps two in a wood veneer kind size platform bed, with extra space on the custom fabric upholstered sofa.

Unit features include a 42” flat screen TV, basic cable, Inter...net, balcony with bay views, and many specially designed furniture pieces by the Rockwell Group, famous for innovative and stylish architecture.

Rentals include same floor parking space and gym & spa membership with access to pool, cabanas, and free classes. The building’s 10th floor is home to an urban oasis that features a spectacular “Skylobby” and luxurious pooldeck and a 2-level clubroom. The 12th floor houses a spa and fitness center with 360-degree views of Miami.

  Era la primera vez que alquilaba un apartamento. Al principio me surgieron muchas dudas: ¿qué tipo de documento necesitaba para alquilarlo?, etc. Todo fue muy sencillo me puse en contacto con la agencia que lo alquilaba y me envio la documentación que tenía que rellenar. Una vez realizado este paso, realice el pago del déposito de reserva. Dos días antes de entrar ejecutaron a mi tarjeta de crédito el resto del importe del alquiler del apartamento. Después de mirar muchos apartamentos me decante por este; por su localización y porque no te obligaban a dejar un importe de déposito.
  En cuanto al apartamento la localización fue perfecta en el Downtow. Al lado teníamos el Bayside y su parque donde los fines de semana realizaban eventos. También teníamos por la zona restaurantes: pizza hut, Kfchicken, Pollo Tropical y supermercados: Walgrass, CVS farmacy. También había pequeños outlets: Ross, Marshall.
  La zona es ideal para disfrutar de miami se encuentra próximo al american airlines arena, a 15 minutos del aeropuerto, a 15 minutos de Miami Beach. El aparcamiento está incluido dentro del precio del alquiler lo cual es perfecto ya que por la zona del Downtown de Miami es bastante costoso el tema de aparcar.
  
  El apartamento está dotado de todos los utensilios de cocina. Y tiene nevera, lavavajillas, lavadora y secadora. Además hay conexión gratuita Wifi en toda la habitación así como televisión por cable (direct TV)

  I really enjoyed my stay at Park Suites. It was very affordable and the location was excellent. Everything I needed was within two blocks. To go further I simply took the free elevated train. One night there was a live raggae concert across the street in Bay Front Park that I enjoyed from the balcony. Yet when I went in and closed the sliding door, I could not hear anything...great!!! Without a doubt, I will stay there again!!!

  My boyfriend and I are frequent travellers to Miami and have stayed in many places in and around South Beach, we recently had the pleasure of staying at 50 Biscayne to celebrate our birthdays. We were very impressed with the building amenities and the studio is to die for!! The building is very clean and modern. The pool is truly stunning, I spent many hours relaxing there. It has an urban feel with a tropical vibe; which is what you expect from Miami.
  
  The apartment itself is very luxurious, felt like a studio in a 5 star boutique hotel, without the costly price tag! The studio had everything and more you could've asked for in a holiday rental. I am so glad we have now uncovered this hidden gem and we will be going back to 50 Biscayne!!!

  My wife and I stayed at 50 Biscayne this summer. We were very satisfied with the building amenities and its staff. The building is very clean and modern. The pool is truly stunning. It has an urban feel with a tropical vibe; really amazing. The Spa equals that of a 5 star hotel with beautiful views of Biscayne Bay. The apartments are very luxurious. We are coming back!!!
