You will be registered as a guest and because the unit is privately owned you will not be part of the hotel for charging, parking, or concierge privileges. There is public parking close by as well as drug stores and food shops, you will provide will the information you need to enjoy your stay at the resort.

Rates vary with season, and special events, please, e-mail me for accurate rates! You will be very glad with our service. We accept Credit Cards & Paypal & Wires. In order to confirm this reservation, we require a 50% security deposit of total amount and the remaining 50% is due within one month prior to checking in. We also require a signed rental agreement.

Daily maid service is NOT part of the rental, but you will be provided with bath towels and some cleaning supplies. Maid service is available for a $60 charge and you have to request with 24h notice (we recommend to bring beach towels)

Per Resort regulations, these are a non-smoking units. Check in is at 3pm and Check out at 11:00, contact me for different arrangements if needed.

  The unit was fantastic, clean, big comfy beds, great linen, nice dining settings, flatscreen tv, Ipad Docking station where I was able to charge my I phone and listen to music, a bath and also a kitchenette. The room was very beachy decorated which made me feel like being on a vacation even more. Loved it!

  The photos on the site are of the hotel, bedroom and bathroom are not of the apartment but of rooms in the hotel. They are not what you are getting. Generally this guy bigs it up, makes outrageous claims about beautiful south beach views, fully equipped kitchen with photos of other rooms. What you actually get is a hotel room in a renovated hotel. This does not mean the apartment has been renovated, and clearly has not been, but it suits him to say that to lure you in. The fully equipped kitchen consists of a fridge, Foreman Grill, toaster, coffee maker and a microwave. Not a toaster oven, no washing machine and no gas grill as mentioned in contracts or on some adverts. The bathroom is old, with the enamel peeling off the bath. The room looks onto the road, which in all honesty is not too bad, but is not the implied South Beach, but I guess you could argue that one, although when you advertise it being with beach access you kind of expect a beautiful view with the word beach in it to mean you can see the beach. Being by the road is noisy all night. The room is located next to the lift and there is noise all night long from other guests. There is no wardrobe for hanging clothes, just a temporary foldaway wardrobe. The bottom line is this guy uses hotel pictures to make the apartment sound and look good. The description makes you feel you are getting a fully functioning apartment where you can cook and clean. In reality, it is a hotel room with a microwave and some other cooking stuff. Forgive me, but surely a fully equipped kitchenette would come with a sink as well! When you contact the guy, he merely tries to fob you off, claiming that a clause in his contract allows him to not have to stand by anything he says. So basically my advice to everyone, is keep well away from this guy. One simple final closing, why do you think there is not a single photo on any of his advertisements that actually show his apartment, instead they are all stock photos from the hotel.

  Please accept South Beach Vacation Rentals sincere apologies for any misunderstandings regarding your recent vacation rental. We take all complaints seriously and yours has not gone ignored.
  Our full-time staff strives to immediately resolve each and every problem amicably. Unfortunately we did not receive your complaint until after your 2 night departure. We only wish we had known of your dissatisfaction earlier (preferably upon your arrival) because we would have instantly addressed your concerns. Normally if there is a situation which cannot be immediately remedied by one of our full time maintenance staff, we change customers to a similar room. If that is not available we upgrade you to a more expensive room at no additional charge. Our records indicate we did NOT know a problem existed until after the fact, but we did have availability during your two nights for a similar studio with a different view, which we would have immediately switched you to. We have also researched your complaint regarding the photos of this particular studio apt with kitchenette. The photos were taken by a professional photographer and they authentically represent the specific condo studio you rented. All studios similarly come with a fully equipped kitchenette which consists of a fridge, Foreman Grill, toaster, coffee maker and a microwave. By all means if we had known you needed a toaster-oven we would have immediately brought one to you. We are happy to oblige special requests. In fact this past year we increased our customized business by 24%. Unfortunately in your case, we were unaware of your dissatisfaction during the course of your stay.   If you are looking for a convient place to stay in Miami, then South beach is the place to stay. You don't need a car here because everything is in walking distance or a short (deko) bike ride away.Β 
  
  We stayed at the shelborne for 2 nights. The room was nicely appointed and a good size. It was modern and very clean.Β 
  
  The pool area is big with a pool, hot tub, and a good amount of seating area with lounge chairs, tables, and chairs. Also they had cabanas you could rent which had a couch,tv, bathroom, chairs etc. In it. Β It was not just a family and or couples atmosphere but also good for younger guests (like us)
  
  There are several dining options in the hotel such as the main restaurant as well as a mexican and a japanese place.Β 
  
  All in all we had a great vacation and Β would definately stay at the Shelborne on future visits again.
