You can take this commuter to view the City of Miami and take lots of pictures from above. The airport can be reached by Metro Rail/Commuter or Taxi in a 20 min ride. Key Biscayne is 10 mins away. South Beach or Coconut Grove are 15 minutes away.

Couldn't have aske for anything more. Beautiful condo very clean with a breathtaking veiw. Perfect location in business district within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Mrs. Dove was very accommodating and extremely friendly.

This is an ideal property for anyone visiting South Florida. The location ideal: Key Biscayne, Coral Gables, South Beach and Downtown are all easy accessible. The unit is clean and modern with stunning views.
The most valuable feature are the owners/managers. They are spectacular hosts that ensure that you are pleased.
This will be my first choice for accommodations when I visit Miami. -

I had never rented a vacation home and did a lot of research and review. This condo is excellent choice. The pictures are exactly what you get. We stayed here for 4 nights and I would strongly recommend this condo.
Location: Excellent. You're in central to everything. 5 minutes walk to downtown restaurants and yet you're away from the busy congestions, with breath-taking view of the sea. I walked to Bikram yoga every morning (7 minutes walk). The condo comes with free parking stall. Every day we drove to South Beach, the zoo, aquarium, or whatever touristy sites and everything is relatively close by (20-40 miinutes depending on traffic as Miami can get pretty congested.) Airport is 15 minutes away and sea port is 10 minutes.
Comfort: Arcelia thought of everything. Everything you can think of - Arcelia has stocked up - hair dryer, shampoo, soap, washing detergent, coffee maker, blender, espresso maker, kettle, full kitchen, towels and beach towels, etc. Bsically, the condo is fully equipped. Tvs have hundred of channels but then we didn't use it much. There's also free wi-fi.
Safety: absolutely no problem and I walked to my yoga class every morning at 8 or 9am.
Cleaniless: Hardwood floor - very clean
This is a 2-bedroom 2 bathroom condo. We had 4 adults and 2 children. It was very comfortable for us and we would definitely stay again. I should mention that the building has a restaurant on the ground floor, convenience store, tennis court, hot tub and pool. It also has valet parking.

I travel to Miami and multiple other areas with my business. On this trip I had three business partners. We stumbled upon the luxurious penthouse of arcelia Dove and were impressed with the reviews. We were not disappointed. This absolutely awesome penthouse was the nicest place at the best price we have ever stayed. Arcelia is without a doubt the most gracious hostess. If a gorgeous penthouse in Miami, with a constant view of water, boats and air traffic doesn't remind you of "Miami Vice" then you're far too young to appreciate this fabulous unit! (OK, maybe not but you get the idea;it's like being part of a photo-shoot for Travel & Leisure!)
Rest assured the unit is exactly as described; the only thing about the photos is that the view is breath-taking from the unit - breath-taking. "the view" is your constant companion from the kitchen, living area and master bedroom; if you're creative you can even catch the view from the master bath!
The owner is marvelous and will work to assure you have an incredible visit while in the area.
The staff 'and' residents of "The Mark" greeted us at every turn and were always pleasant. Being Southern I wasn't surprised by the first couple of greetings but this went on for 5 days; maybe it's the weather? How can you not be in a good mood when every day looks like 'paradise'?
Hungry? Use the kitchen or better yet, there are multiple yummy options within walking distance. (Try "Crazy about You" located just off the main level or wander to Mary Brickell Village.)
Tired? The beds are great...
Miss your pet? Get on the elevator, I can almost guarantee you'll meet one or more on their way in or out!
Bored? I don't see that happening - just saunter out the front door and take a walk.
Why rent a room or suite in a hotel when you can live like a sultan in a Penthouse at "The Mark"? -

We just came back from our trip to Miami for a family wedding. This property was excellent!!! A spacious two bedroom apartment that felt more like a home. Big kitchen and living room. Nice bedrooms and baths. Very clean and with all utensils you will need, sheets, towels, etc. Location Brickell with an amazing view of Biscayne Bay. Close to restaurants and clubs. Walking distance there is a metromover that takes you to Bayside Marketplace and from there you can take a city bus to South Beach if you don't have a car. The building has a comfortable 1 parking assigned. The owner arcelia is very nice and also her daughter that I had a chance to meet. Arcelia was very concern about all of our needs. Thanks so much and we will not hesitate to stay in that property in the future.

I needed to find an amazing HighRise Rental to share with my Boss of all people. We were in Miami area for only 3 days and i wanted to get a 2Bed/2Bath so we could have our own separate areas, have an amazing view, and be close to everything, oh, and be on the water. I forgot to mention, I am a clean freak, so it had to be perfect and clean. I got everything I wanted and didn't overpay as well. I call this a trifecta.
Arcelia, the owner, greeted us promptly, provided all the keys, remote for the parking spaces, gave a tour of the pool, weight rooms, and the unit. Everything was perfect, the view from 30+ stories high, overlooking the harbor, hearing the sounds of nightlife in the financial area restaurants with their live bands. Walking distances to amazing artwork and coffee shops, near the circle at brickell bay (amazing pre-american history there)
The unit was a perfect stay for us. 2 separate bathrooms and bedrooms on opposite sides of living room, dining, and kitchen. I also had inside laundry to wash all the beach items after the short drive to south beach in miami!!!
Arcelia was one of those awesome people that you feel truly lucky to have met, hard-working, polite, trustworthy, etc. I will definitely come back with my family next year and stay at her condo once again.

A great week with wonderful hosts. The apartment is very convenient. I visited with my husband, my 16 month old and my mother. We had a great time. It is very conveniently situated and the view is magnificent! I would definitely stay again and recommend this rental.

it was a blessing to find the apartment in the mark. it is exactly what i needed. i come to miami a few times a year and the hotel fees were getting too expensive. being able to rent such a beautiful apartment on a short term agreement has allowed me to visit miami more times. i have taken my mother with me various times there is so much to do in the brickell area - we just love it. most importantly having the owners of the apartment near by is a comfort, should i need anything. the apartment is safe, clean and the view is spectacular - you don't even want to leave! the mark building offers so many amenities - it is awssome! in addition to the mark - the brickell neighborhood is beautiful. we were able to walk to a few blocks to have dinner in some great places, a few times i did not even need my rent a car! there is a running trail as well and you can even walk to the key biscayne bridge!
i highly recommend the apartment and can't wait to go back!

The penthouse was very spacious and included great amenities. We have a six year old and he had a large bedroom and bathroom on the opposite side of the master suite. The personnel in the building were very friendly. The pool, jacuzzi and workout room were perfect!
The view from the penthouse was breathtaking. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony overlooking beautiful Biscayne Bay. The location was ideal...a short drive to South Beach, The Children's Museum, Bayside, Mary Brickell Villages and all the major shopping malls!
We were welcomed by the owners (Mr and Mrs. Dove)and they were available to assist us as needed.
We plan to stay again next summer and would highly recommend this rental. -

The condo really does have stunning views of the bay & is very large & comfortable. Our family of five found the two bedrooms & two bathrooms to be ideal (especially for a family traveling with children, the washer & dryer inside the unit were great). The condo is spacious & has a nice kitchen. Our children loved the pool, which was also gorgeous & well-maintained (wiyh a stunning view of the bay of its own!). Parking was also not a problem as we had our own covered spot in the garage & many attractions (beach, aquarium, etc) were very short drives away. The owners were incredibly hospitable & made sure we had everything we needed. They sincerely enjoy sharing their place with others and do so in a gracious and warm manner. All in all, definitely a wonderful place to stay in Miami!

I have been in two occasions in this beautiful apartment. The condominium complex was very nice, the apartment has a spectacular view to the sea, the apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable with all the amenities you can expect and more.
The owner was very helpful and responsive and we would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Miami.
I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Would definitely stay here again, hopefully soon. I agree 100% this apartment, is the place to stay while in Miami, I hope I can use this apartment available next time we decide to go to Miami. -

I stayed with my family in this lovely penthouse 6 months ago. The building is excellently located, to walk around and enjoy the fine restaurants and wonderful ambiance, I would say with better view than the Marriott Hotel on Brickle St which is closely located. Watching the sunrise from the terrace is fantastic. The service at the Mark is really personal from the reception, valet parking, gym, restaurant, to the swimming pool. All the areas have a fantastic ocean view. The guests that we met - some of them celebrities-, were fascinated also. I strongly recommend i you want to get what you deserve from your money.
