Brickell's Viceroy Icon Hotel is a waterfront building designed by Philip Stark with 5 star amenitie s. This oversized one bedroom one bath condo with a balcony is 840 sq ft on the 28th floor. This is fully furnished with a king size bed, desk and sitting area in the bedroom, the kitchen is upgraded with all the ammenities you can dream of and more. The living area has flat screen TV, a couch and chairs that allow an for plenty of seating. A washer/dryer unit is in the condo. This is one of three floors in the building that has the high double floor ceilings so it feels light, bright and lofty. The designer touches make you feel as if you are... in the lap of luxury with Italian white wood flooring thoughout. This also includes free WIFI and cable.

The ammenities are nothing less than 5 star. This includes 3 pools, state of the art fitness center, spa, restaurants, theater, and a roof top bar (Club 50). There is 24 hour valet which is complementary for the first vehi cle, 24 hour security with residents only access to the elevators and 24 hour concierge service. There is more than 2 acres of recreation areas and a world renowned pool deck. There is a mammoth 300 foot pool including shallow lounging areas, and thermal hot pools. The fitness center is 20,000 sq feet of state of the art cardio equipment/cardio theatre, full array of free weights and machines, an aerobic studio and treatment rooms. There are his and her lounges and relaxation area, whirlpool tubs and a cold-plunge pool. The Eucalyptus steam room and redwood saunas will open up those pores! On site you will find choices of outdoor grill and juice bar, an outdoor dining area with fireplace overlooking the park, world class dining choices, and a roof top bar. The famous South Beach is a short 15 minute drive where you can dine and shop on Ocean drive or Lincoln Road, or spend the day on the beautiful white sand beach.
