Brickell's Viceroy Icon Hotel is a waterfront building designed by Philip Stark with 5 star amenitie s. This oversized one bedroom one bath condo with a balcony is 840 sq ft on the 28th floor. This is fully furnished with a king size bed, desk and sitting area in the bedroom, the kitchen is upgraded with all the ammenities you can dream of and more. The living area has flat screen TV, a couch and chairs that allow an for plenty of seating. A washer/dryer unit is in the condo.
