williamstownLovely spacious clean house
Left on 04/03/2013 for a stay in March 2013
Loved my stay at this house. Very clean, spacious and open. We were with a party of 8(4guys and 4girls) and we were very comfortable. The owner was very nice she picked up from the airport for our arrival and dropped us back off for our departure. I have a cousin who lives and florida she came to visit some nights so parking came in handy. Washer and dryer comes in handy as well, towels, toilet paper, cups, plates and forks/spoons/knives are all available if you decide to eat in. You are 10-14 mins away from south beach so if you don't have a rental save the cab # its about $19-$23..split that up with a group averaged us about $6per person. We used the outside sitting area to enjoy the weather before we hit the beach or nightlife..if i had to add anything it would a few more chairs outside. Overall I had the time of my life, by far one of the best vacation i have ever went on and this house is part of that. Will def. stay again!

AtlantaVery Clean and Spacious House in quiet neighborhood!
Left on 03/18/2013 for a stay in March 2013
I greatly enjoyed my stay here. The house was very spacious, three bedrooms with full size beds in each. One bedroom was actually a master with a bathroom. The bathroom in the master is a bit small, but for a short term stay, the size is negligible. The kitchen, living, and dining area was spacious as well. The house came with all the necessary essentials like towels, toilet paper, and cooking utensils. The landlord was extremely helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. She responded quickly to text messages and always answered phone calls. Anything my housemates and I needed, she was willing to provide. The house was clean and had no odor. Parking was definitely an added plus! Two cars can fit in the driveway. There is a seating area outside for taking in the nice Miami weather. The only downside is the location. It is about a 10 minute drive away from south beach. Now, this isn't bad at all. But can be a hassel for some if all you plan to do is go to the beach everyday. If you plan to do activities in downtown Miami and Miami Beach, the location is split perfectly between the two. To cut down on parking costs on South Beach and gas, my party and I split cab fare a lot of the nights. Overall, the house was lovely for a short stay. I would recommend it to anyone who is trying to book a trip to Miami who can't afford to pay South Beach prices or cannot find South Beach housing or anyone who wants to be away from South Beach in a very quite neighborhood. Oh, the house is located 5 minutes away from Target, Marshalls, Ross, Lime, McDonalds, Taco Bell, and more!
