This is a three bed room home within 2 blocks walking distance to the beautiful sandy dune area of Lake Michigan. Don’t want to walk that’s OK too lots of public places to park to go to the beach with all your things for the day at the beach. Close your eyes and you’ll think your on ocean beach with miles of Arabian barking sand and dunes. This home is a turn key home it has everything. Bring only what you want to eat or drink and your clothing to wear. Everything else is supplied. It has double size beds in each of the furnished bed rooms. The home is beautifully decorated inside and out with a beach nautical theme. There are large woo...den decks and walkways outside for sitting and tanning. There is a large wrap around porch with chairs and tables for eating. Enjoy the water fountain and sit under the porch for any weather changes.

The inside of the home explodes open with high cathedral ceilings & real cedar beams, sky windows and a huge bay window. Enjoy the living open room/kitchen eating area with see though galley kitchen. We have spices and all the cooking utensils for in or outside cooking. Everything is central to this home. Eateries / shopping, wineries, beaching for tanning, swimming, fishing, boating, biking… what you were want to do. There are lots to do for kids in the area. Let us know what you want to do we’ll tell you all you need to know. However we do not allow smoking inside the home or pets.

This home also has an upstairs and down stairs bath/ plus laundry room. Plus a 4th bed room is available up request for $100 more per week. The house is complete with a stereo

23 speaker sound system that carries through the home. Play your favorite music and enjoy the recreation room complete with antique tournament style pool table. There is a TV with CD player if you think you’ll have time?

We charge $1,100 for the three bed room and for an extra $100 per week you get a 4th bed room, with 2 twin beds. The only thing you have to do before your leave is clean up after yourself in the kitchen and take the garbage outside. If you want to take an additional $100 off your stay, please wash the towels you use and the linen sheets off beds you use. Then just fold them on the table outside the laundry room before you leave. We have a maxium 6 people only. I will send/email a contract to you if your booking . Please call me to discuss details with you about your stay, or deposit or payment(s).
