Can't decide between the hustle and bustle of a casino getaway or the relaxation of a beach weekend getaway, this home is a great option. There is a large backyard for playing with the kids and a small sandbox for the little ones to keep busy close to home. Year round residents on either side add to the neighborhood feel.

Additional notes from owner
We charge a cleaning fee and a security deposit with each rental. These are requested with the signed lease agreement. Friday, Saturday nights are considered weekend nights as well as Sundays of holiday weekends. Each day during the week of July 4th is considered a holiday. Payment can be made via Paypal. Cancellation policy- there are no refunds due to inclement weather or less than 1 week prior to the arrival date. There is a 50% refund for a cancellation up to 8-14 days prior to arrival date. Pet acceptance is at the owner's discretion.

This 1 bedroom home was just right for our needs. Very clean and updated. Sleeps 4 comfortably. About a 4 block walk to the beach and 1/2 mile from casino, outlet mall, and restaurants. New Buffalo about 20 minutes up the road. Mount Baldy 10 minutes away.
