A Mediterranean vacation villa wouldn't seem right if it wasn't surrounded by palm trees, flowers, and the beautiful blue coastline, but not to worry, because that's exactly how to describe this one! Located within a gated community, this Andalusia accommodation has a shared swimming pool, is close to restaurants, shops, and markets, and is near the renowned town of Marbella. Experience the fun of visiting unique museums, eating local dishes, and getting to know a different culture while staying at this Andalusia villa!

[2400m2] This Mediterranean villa is located within a gated community where there are two additional properties. Surro...unded by hills, the villa has a shared garden with palm trees, bougainvilleas, and jasmine, and a private garden [800m2] furnished with a table, chairs, and sun loungers. There is a shared swimming pool [10m x 4m] surrounded by grass landscaping. Parking is available within the gated area.

Ground floor: The combined living and dining room has couches, armchairs, a fireplace, satellite TV, and a table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 200 cm king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and tub. The second bedroom has a 200 cm king-sized bed and the third bedroom has two 100 cm single beds. There is a second bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and tub.

First floor: A staircase of 12 steps leads to this floor where there is a terrace furnished with a table and chairs.

The villa is located two kilometers from Calahonda, a village with shops, markets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, a post office, and florist. Calahonda has four golf courses and a beautiful beach where water sports like boating or jet skiing can be enjoyed. Twenty three kilometers away is Marbella, typically referred to as a resort town. With restaurants, beaches, museums, theaters, and shops, Marbella is full of activities and exciting things to do. Orange Square, or La Plaza de los Naranjos in Spanish, has a 16th century town hall, shops, art galleries, and bistros as well a tourist office where you can find all types of visitor information.

Calahonda: 2 km

  This is a comfortable little house. It is a great place to relax and soak up the sunshine.
  
  The quiet neighborhood and pretty yard and terrace is what we liked best.
  
  The hot water heater must be very small because we ran out of hot water after a few showers.
  
  The area is close to the beaches and within a 2 hour drive there are several interesting modern towns for shopping and historical towns for sightseeing.

  After checking, it was discovered that the new water heater had been set to the minimum setting. It has now been adjusted.
