Cosy and elegant studio apartment, a lovely accommodation in Milan located on the first floor of a building (with elevator, ww) in the heart of Brera, a neighbourhood in the very centre of Milan.
This lovely 25 sq.mt studio apartment is very quiet, since it is located in the inner courtyard of the building, and is characterised by on sight beams and parquet flooring. Adouble bedacts as focal point of the room, though the apartment also comprises a large closet, a table for 2 people and a hideawaykitchenette, small but fully equipped and complete with a washing machine. Thebathroomis fitted with a stall shower.

The location was really good. Metro in 2 steps and taxi stop as well, which is amazing when you have quite tense schedule. The staff was friendly and mobile. Check-in and check-out was quick and safe.
As for the apartment itself : nice and clean, the interior was quite simpatico. It was equipped with all necessary things for short and long stay. However i did not like shower. It was too old, narrow and it was really difficult to get normal shower. The water was hot and cold at the same time. The boiler or equipment for hot water was too noisy. There is no view from the window. it goes directly to the roofs thus you see nothing. And the smell is not so pleasant.
Neighbourhood is busy that is good for day and evening life but not for the night. You could here noise all night long. Even neighbours are tend to organise parties 3 times a week :)
The elevator was not working that is not pleasant if you have heavy suitcase. And i did ! The group that was working on fixing during whole my stay were starting to work from early morning and noise were unbearable.
As an overall it was not bad but neither perfect. Unless you want to have amazing holidays. -

Little Studio apartment, very central, located in the heart of Brera, sometimes noisy at night though. easy check in and check out. extremely clean and well equipped apartment.

Wonderful stay; a charming apartment and a great location! Halldis was well-organized, efficient and easy to work with. The charming apartment had everything I needed for my two week stay in Milano, and could not have been better located.

Brera is Milano in a way, this apartment is perfectly located and is nicely furnished and well equiped. I would definitely stay here again.
