This flat is very comfortable and cozy. With modern utilities, it was the perfect home for my 3-month stay; however, if you are a private person you may find it difficult to sleep on the ground floor with a window next to you head as you lay it down on your pillow, and another in the kitchen, which basically means that you are always at eye-sight of neighbors or passing visitors.
