Nicely decorated and full of light, the apartment offers a spacious yet cosy environment, peacefully silent, and ideal for feeling at home even for the longer stays.

The living room offers a double salon, with a si...tting area with two comfortable couches (convertible for 2 extra guests) and a TV corner next to the French window opening onto a balcony, and a dining area with a large table for 6 placed next to the opening leading to the kitchen. This latter is a large, modern eat-in kitchen, fully equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher and a separate laundry corner, as well as a second large dining table.

Of the three bedrooms, one is the master bedroom, complete with double bed, antique furniture and en-suite bathroom with shower, the second is a twin bedroom and the last is a single bedroom with a second pull-out bed and large walk-in closet. Additional Location Information

The apartment is located in an area offering plenty of stores and a large Sports Centre, very close to the Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori and the Besta Hospital (notorious for Neurology), and not far from the Politecnico and the different university grounds and faculties.
Giving easy access to both the autostrada and Linate airport, the area is also well served by public transport: the n° 61 bus goes straight to the centre of town, the n° 5 tram does to the Central Station, and the N° 93 filobus goes to Lambrate train station.
The apartment is comfortable even for those who have to reach the highway and the airport of Linate. The bus line 61 brings you straight to the center, the tram line 5 goes to the Central Station while the trolley bus 93 bring you to Lambrate Station.

  This was our first trip to milan. We were 6 persons, the appartement was for 8. We had more than enough space. Everything you need was there. The beds were covered and everything was clean.The house was very quiet. The check-in and out was very easy and quick. This appartement was very comfortable. A pizzeriawas exactly opposite and supermarket and bar were near.
  We flew to Mailand-Malpensa, but Linate is closer.
  The bus stations to downtown were very closed. All in all a good place to explore milan.

  Fantastic flat for a large group

  This 3 bedroom flat is spacious, modern and charming. It is approximately 25 minutes walk to the city centre, or 15minutes by bus. Grocery stores and bakeries are right around the corner.
  
  This apartment is located in a quite residential street. There is a street market twice a week. You can find the freshest and most delicious ingredients to cook in a very well equipped kitchen!
  
  Go ahead book this flat it is just beautiful!!!
