The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the Università Bocconi, famous Milanese University, and of the Parco Ravizza, lovely green area for strolling and relaxing. In the area are the characteristic neighbourhoods of the Navigli area, offering plenty of bars and quaint places to eat, and the Corso San Gottardo and Porta Ticinese area, ideal for shoppers.
Within close walking distance are all necessary shops and stores for daily needs, including a new large supermarket.
Means of transport: bus and tramlines 3, 15 (which leads straight to the Duomo in 10-15 minutes), 79, 90, 91 and 95.
The building is also strategically comfortable for reaching the auto route exits for both Genova and Bologna, key arteries in the Italian highway structure.

Left on 01/09/2012 for a stay in December 2011
We rented this appartment to celebrate New Years Eve in Milano, and had a very pleasant stay. The appartment was clean, and fully equipped. Even though it is not in the city centre, the tram is nearby and leaves every seven minutes. Taxi is also cheap.
I can only imagine what the balcony will be like in the summertime.. Great place to stay!! -

My husband and I were very comfortable in this apartment. However, there were two things we did not like: first, we had to pay the whole rent far ahead of our visit with very limited possibility of a refund if we were unable to come--and these things happen sometimes. Secondly, we had no key to the apartment, only an entry code. Anyone with the code could enter!
