Who would've thought Milan could be so busy! After a week relaxing in Sicily it was quite a shock to arrive in Milan on race weekend (Italian grand prix) The flat was a little out of town and fine for a few days. Restful after the crazy city it wasn't. The unit is on the ground floor next to a restaurant. This made it noisy till about 11 PM.
Public transport links were good, and shops and restaurants nearby we convenient.
Halldis personal were very helpful and friendly. -

No doubt, it's worth the money.
We arrived on sunday and late a little but Matia met us very kindly.
The appartment is pretty comfy. There are 2 bathrooms - one for each bedroom, 2 stoves and 2 fridges. Complete independence. There are also 2 doors but there is no key for the second one :)
Location is pretty good. It takes 10 minutes to get to subway but it's a nice walk. There is a supermarket 50 meters away, several cafes and nice indian restaurant around.
But there is one thing I would complain: one day me and my wife came back in the evening and my parents told that some maintenance guys came during the day to check heating. As far as my parents don't speak italian and neither my parents nor maintenance guys speak english very well there was some kind of misunderstanding. Anyway the maintenance guys had keys from all appartments and were free to get in even if there were no hosts. When we came back to Moscow and I opened my e-mail box I found a letter from Halldis informing the technicians would come. Very kind of you guys but I gave you my phone number for things like this.
That thing was the only one that disapointed me and in general the stay was very nice.
