Bright one bedroom apartment located on the 3rd (top) floor of a breathtaking building (with elevator and courtyard), walking distance from Duomo and Brera.

The cozy 50 sq.mt apartment is located in a very elegant building with a courtyard and a porter. Situated on two floors, the steel entrance door opens to the living room, furnished with a leather sofa and a dining table. The room is very bright during the day as it has a large double layered window letting the beautiful sunshine in to the apartment. During the night it is very quiet as the apartment faces the green courtyard of the building. From the living room, you can reach the... kitchen which is equipped with a dishwasher and a full size oven and the bathroom with the washing machine and a large bathtub. The second floor hosts the comfortable bedroom with a walk-in closet. The window on the roof will let you wake up to a beautiful and sunny Milan morning. The Sant'Ambrogio area is one of the oldest and most beautiful areas in Milan. Being positioned between Duomo, Ticinese and Brera areas, it is reachable from all these locations within 10 minutes on foot. The area is characterized by medieval-looking little streets with low-rise apartment buildings set around pretty courtyards. The areas hosts delicious traditional Milanese restaurants along with modern bars. The financial heart of Milan, where Borsa Italiana is located can be reached from here on foot in less than 10 minutes. Important structures such as The National Science and Technology museum Leonardo Da Vinci, Basilica di Sant’Ambrogio and Università del Sacro Cuore are also located in this area. It is served very well by all means of public transportation, where you can use tram, bus and metro stops in order to reach the rest of the city and both international and national train stations such as Stazione Centrale and Cadorna FN, from which trains leave to Malpensa airport.

  San Maurilio Suite is a great appartment. It is conveniently located in an upscale, period building within 5 min walking distance to Duomo, shops, caffes, etc. yet very quiet. All the conveniences are in place and the property/company manager has provided with excellent service,very responsive and helpful regarding,arrival, keys delivery, tips about Milan etc. The appartment was very clean and pleasant and made the stay really enjoyable. Best suited for 1-3 people. Great value, highly reccommended to anyone travelling to Milan for a few days or extended period. Thaks for a great experience!
