Bright and sunny two bedroom two bathroom apartment with two balconies, located on the third floor of a stately, distinguished building with a common garden, porter (on duty all day) and twwo elevators (one for service) in Tortona area.

Characterized by ample spaces and many windows, this 120 sq.mt apartment is very bright and airy, as well as beautifully designed and furnished. The layout offers the possibility of accommodating up to 5 people in total comfort and complete privacy.

The entrance to the apartment opens up onto a nice foyer with chair and bookcase, which in turn opens onto theliving roomthrough an archway, all with m...arble flooring. The living room is a luminous space, thanks to its ample windows, and its furnishings include a couch,two convertible armchairs, a Perspex table and a TV corner. From the foyer to the left, prior to the archway, a door accesses a hall which leads to all the other rooms of the apartment, starting with thekitchen. This is modern and functional, with a double sink, comfortable wall units, cupboards and a dining table, and is completely supplied with all necessary appliances including dishwasher. A French window lets in sunlight and fresh air, and opens onto the smaller of thetwo balconies.

At the end of the hall on the left is the first of thetwo bathrooms, slightly smaller than the second and furnished with a small tub, while to the right of the hall are the bedrooms. The uniqueness of this sleeping area is in the actual layout of the space. In fact, this area consists of a smallbedroomwith asingle bed, and themaster bedroomwithdouble bed, access to which is through a door opening on an antechamber which in turn opens onto the bedroom itself and to the second bathroom, which contains a nice bathtub. The arrangement of the doors in the antechamber allows one to close off the entry to the antechamber itself, making the second bath completely private and connected to the master bedroom, or leaving it accessible to the smaller bedroom by keeping the door open. Additional Location Information

The apartment is located close to the “fashion area” surrounding Via Tortona and is well served, with a supermarket at 100 metres and another large supermarket at 400 metres, while a dry-cleaner and a bakery are just 150 metres away from the apartment.
There are two swimming pools and a fitness centre at 400 metres in Via Solari.
In the vicinity are two cinemas, in Piazza Napoli and in Via Savona. A DVD rental shop is inVia Papiniano16, at the corner with Via Dugnani and in Viale Washington 90.
The apartment is also easily accessible from the ring way and is well connected with the auto route Milano-Genova.

  Service was very professional all what we requested for our stay was to our entire satisfaction, acoomodation was indeed very comfortable, apartment was over normal range spaciously, well decorated, location was great and close to bus and metro stops, in closing we are greatly satisfied and have nothing to comply with. Support from Halldis for other arrangements also did match our expectations.

  Great Residential area, Very Large apartment

  Apartment is not located in a tourist area which was a plus for me. Nice cafes, bars and grocery shops in the area. Apartment itself was very large and had all the basic requirements. About a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro.
