Spacious and very welcoming two bedroom apartment with a balcony, located on the fourth floor of a historical building (with elevator) in Corso Genova.

This 90 sq. mt. apartment opens up onto a cosyday areawith terra cotta flooring and a stylish, tall white bookshelf covering one of the walls of theliving room. Two comfortable over stuffed leather chairs add to the charm, blending nicely with an antique commode set under a circular decorative window. There is also a long light wood dining room table with crème covered high back chairs placed against the wall that conveniently opens up to full size for meals.

Thekitchenis cleverly... separated with a sliding door, and is decorated with a dramatic stone floor and tiles in slate grey, in contrast to the warm off white coloured kitchen cabinets and faux wood counter tops. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sleek and clean design, hiding all appliances and has a table for two.

Of the two bedrooms in the night area, themaster bedroomhas an ample sliding door closet, and adouble bedwith a wooden headboard set back into a small nook in the wall with matching side tables. Thesecond smaller bedroomis set up as a study, with a comfortable couch, side table and asingle bed. This room leads out to abalconylooking out onto a quaint and quiet inner courtyard. Thebathroomhas a bathtub.

Additional Location Information

This is a very lively area with many shops, theaters and restaurants, within walking distance to the Navigli and the Duomo, in the city center. There is a nice park in the area called Parco Solari.
The closest Metro stations are S. Agostino and Sant'Ambrogio, on the green line. Trams n. 2, 20, 14, 29, 30 and buses n. 59, 74, 47 stop in the vicinity of the apartament.
