Our family of four spent 4 nights in this lovely apartment as my husband was attending a conference at the nearby Congress Centre. The place is huge and ideally located to be able to explore Milan. There is a grocery store about a 5 minute walk away, the wifi is very reliable, and the streetcar is 2 minutes away, which connects with the metro system very well.
We have rented apartments in many cities, usually through Homeaway.com. This was a completely different experience. This is not the owner renting his or her apartment to you, this is a business. You must be very aware of all the small charges, and there are many. If you are 20 minutes late arriving, 20 euros. If you want internet, 20 euros. If you need to check out before 9 am, 20 euros.
Also, you are only provided with one roll of toilet paper and no dishwasher detergent or tabs. Bring or buy your own.
While the apartment itself was fantastic, we would have a hard time recommending the rental agent. -

The apartment is lovely. Clean and spacious, near the park and a reasonable walk into the centre. Recommended.
