This 37 sq.mt apartment, particularly bright thanks to the windows located on two different sides and to a large balcony, comprises a spaciousday area, where anopen plan kitchenwith oven and microwave, and a dining area with a table for 4 people are located on the right, while the living area is on the left, complete with TV, DVD player, stereo and set-up for satellite connection. Thedouble sofa bedis activated by an innovative pist...on system, which allows to enjoy the comfort of a real bed and at the same time to improve the space use thanks to a vertical hide-away system. This room gives also access to a largebalconyoverlooking the inner side of the building.

The apartment comes complete with a marble and modernbathroomwith shower and preceded by an anteroom with washing machine, located on the right.

NB: The apartment is not equipped with the traditional air conditioning, but with a cooling and dehumidification system.
