We really enjoyed our stay in the flat, it was very comfortable, modern, clean and well appointed. The location was excellent and an easy walk to many of Milan's greatest attractions and superb shopping. The outside of the building is a little austere but inside it is more welcoming.
We were met by Simona on arrival who was extremely helpful with tips of where to eat and shop and organised a taxi for us when we checked out. -

Our family of 4 stayed for 3 nights in late March '13 and we were very satisfied with the apartment. The apartment was as presented by photos on the website so there were no surprises. Location is excellent with Duomo & Galleria within a short walk. Kitchen is well equipped and there is enough 'stuff' for simple meals. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and is surprisingly quiet. There is a carpark just around the corner.
Ilona (the owner) and Simona (who checked us in) were very helpful & responsive before and upon our arrival in Milan in matters relating to the apartment as well as general tourist matters.
We highly recommend this apartment. -

We recently stayed for 4 nights at this apartment. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious (for an inner city apartment). Simona was extremely helpful, meeting us on time to check in and giving us lots of advice on restaurants, trains and the general Milan area. On the day we were due to leave Simona was invaluable as we had planned to get a taxi to the central train station however due to a metro and tram strike all the taxis were busy. Thankfully Simona rang around several taxi companies until she found one available for us. If it had not been for Simona we would have missed our train connection to another city. The lovely apartment and Simona's help made our stay in Milano extremely enjoyable.

We stayed in this well equipped and elegantly furnished apartment for 4 nights. There were three us. We found it be very spacious and clean. Guests are supplied with necessary pantry and kitchen basics which we found to be very helpful. We have a luxury apartment in Noosa in Queensland and this is the first apartment we have found to be comparable in furnishings, supplies and cleanliness. It was a home away from home for us. The apartment is well located and within easy walking distance of the Duomo. We would happily stay there again.

Our famly of four stayed at this property for a week in august this year. The apartment itself is first class, the location is perfect, only about 400m from the Duomo itself. The apartment has everthing you need and in addition the owner, Ilona, was a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble.
I could not recommend this apatment more. If you want something close to the city, use this poperty with absolute confidence. -

We spent three nights here. It is the best rental by owner that I stayed in. The apartment is centrally located, in a nice building with a nice interior and furnishings. The unit was super clean, with nice little extras: slippers, coffee, water. The hostess was great--upon our arrival she was waiting for us in the apartment, and she was there on the dot for our departure time. All vacation rentals should be operated as is this one.

This was an Excellent Location and the unit was super bright, clean and modern. Our "Host or Greeter" Samonia"" was super professional, cheerful and full of great ideas and suggestions for restaurants and shopping. this condo apartment was within a few minutes to the Duomo & Great Shopping, by foot, and located 2 doors down from California Bakery so excellent spot for cappicino and lunch/breakfast! We loved the living room diningroom areas - very spacious and bright! We thoroughly enjoyed our condo unit, and stay there, Highly recommend it, and if and when we return, we will definately rebook it.

The apartment was absolutely amazing!! The pictures do not do it justice. The apartment is everything you expect from the design capital of Italy, all sleek and stylish.
The location was fantastic, it was a very short walk from the Duomo, in fact you can see the golden statue at the peak from the window, which is a great sight at night when it is lit up.
Finally, a special thank you to Simona, who was extremely helpful. We could not have asked for a better host.

We loved Home in Milano for our 5 night stay over Christmas 2011.
The apartment was beautiful...and exceptionally modern...for Italy! The main bedroom & ensuite were spacious, the living area was very comfortable and throughout the living and main bedroom beautiful rugs were added for a gorgeous finishing touch. The 2nd bedroom faced Via Larga and once the electric blinds were rolled down we found the room to be very quiet and very dark which was a big plus!
The kitchen was small but efficient at helping us organise a Christmas feast! We were surprised that Ilona had taken so much care in fitting the kitchen out exactly as yours would be at home. There were platters for entertaining and lovely dishes for the tabletop & even a small cupboard full of every-day essentials that other people may have left along the way. The only thing that we noticed that was missing was a microwave.
The second bathroom was handy with 5 of us in the apartment - it even had an excellent full-sized hair dryer, lovely thick, fluffy towels, slippers & shower jels etc! The only tiny drawback this bathroom had was the hand-held shower head. It was really frustrating trying to wash your hair! The ensuite bathroom however had a proper rain shower which was excellent!
A couple of other little things which I'm sure will be fixed are:
-the wifi seemed to only be able to support one or two devices at a time (if more than 2 were connected the modem would continuously reboot)
-there seems to be an issue with the power draw also...if too many appliances are used at once it will trip a circuit breaker which needs to be reset & was located in the basement
-no cable tv channels...this would be a welcomed addition to international visitors
On a parting note this apartment is beautifully furnished, exceptionally comfortable to live in and the attention-to-detail are second to none!

Ilona gave good instructions on checking in procedures, made sure we got to the apartment.
Apartment is beautiful, fresh, clean and everything we all needed were available. Location is fantastic as only 5 minutes from Duomo and train station.
If I go to Milan again, I would definitely stay there again as we all enjoyed ourselves in Milan as well as our stay at the apartment.

i ve be in milan for business, i usually prefer to rent appartment instead to go to hotel , the quality of the appartment is very high and i loved the location that gave me the possibility to walk around duomo (2 minutes by walk) in a realy special enviroment.
