We loved our stay in Milan. The apartment was very well located. The only thing that would have made it better was to have a larger couch in the kitchen! There really wasn't anywhere to relax, other than the bedrooms. But everything else was great.

It was nice apartment! With everything you need. Maybe a bit loud as we are not used to sleep next to the road. And not lot's of sound isolation between rooms. Apartment is big anough and has lot's of space. 5 min to the park 2 min to metro, 2 min to supermarket. As we traveled with 2 years baby we were very happy as everything was close and apartment was very comfortable.

Very beautiful apartment however...
The apartment is on a busy street and it is very loud at night. The windows are no barrier to the noise. The fact that a strip club is just a few doors down makes for noise late into the night and into the wee hours of the morning.
We were given 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people. The supplies are minimal - no dishwasher soap and a tiny bottle of soap for hte sink- not a grain of slat or pepper to be found.Response from Halldis - 03/07/2013

We rented the apartment for a family of 5 plus a baby over an august weekend. Fairly central and a short walk from cadorna station with bar Magenta right below.
We had an issue with the air conditioning during our sty which could not be sorted out because of the weekend.
Apartment is exactly like the pictures, very clean! -

We had a great stay and truly enjoyed the apartment and it's great location. A the same time we had to correspond multiple times with the agent after handover to finish so e check-in details that we weren't asked for prior to or during check-in. Otherwise a great stay.

not happy at all with the stay - a very uncomfortable living room for 8 people - very old sofa - very old elevator - paid late check in penalty - worried about water and electricity all the time - terrible dining chairs ... we were not shown the washing machine until check out .. no parking ! we paid parking penalty !! noise of foor steps from above ...

We are sorry that the apartment did not satisfy you. Even if it is actually a big apartment (110 sq. mt), the living room could be a little small for 8 people. As stated in the website description, it would be more suitable for 7 people. However the furniture is modern and the apartment has been renovated in 2012. Being in the very center of Milan, it could be very hard to find a free parking. This is why we suggest the closest pay parking in our instructions, that were given to you at the arrival.
It is the first time that a client staying in this apartment complains about water and electricity. Thank you for having informed us, it is a pity that you didn’t prevent us during your stay, or we would have promptly intervened to check the problem.
