This third floor apartment is located directly across the street from the Cooperstown Dreams Park. The apartment features three bedrooms with window ac units and two full bathrooms, fresh towels provided each day, full kitchen, wireless internet and cable TV. Outside amenities include a large in ground pool for use of the guests & their families, gas grill in addition to porch & lawn furniture to relax and enjoy the view!

We really enjoyed the convenience and hospitality of the Maple Shade. We were able to walk over to the Dreams Park and watch our son and his team play and we were able to relax by the pool in the hot afternoon! Two Tombs Up!

We stayed at the Maple Shade last summer while our son attended the Dream Park. It was great to be able to walk over for the games. We went to Ommegang brewery for beers, but it turns out they have great food as well.
It is a nice, relaxed country setting.
The apartment was clean and the the place was nice. The only downside was walking up a lot of steps to get to the room.
