This cosy semi detached cottage is in the village of Milford on Sea in Hampshire, and would be an ideal base for anyone looking to enjoy a seaside holiday or a country break. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

We booked this cottage for ourselves and our four children for Christmas and everything was just perfect. Upon arrival, we noticed that the cottage had even been decorated for Christmas! The cottage was spotlessly clean, but homely, and very very comfortable and relaxing. It was fully equipped with everything we could possibly have needed, from toilet roll to gravy boat! All six of us were very comfortably accomodated; the bedrooms were of good size, and the beds were all proper- no put you ups. The cliffs and the beach were just a short walk away and the cottage was just a short drive from the supermarket. We booked this cottage for a relaxing family Christmas, which was exactly what we got and more. I highly recommend this holiday! many thanks

Had a good service from sykes cottages.Everything went smoothly.The home was very pleasant clean and nicely decorated Had everything one needed for a lovely holiday. The location was good being a short walk from Milford on sea and only a few miles from places like Bournemouth and Poole. l liked how near it was to the Isle of White as it was only a very short ferry ride from there lovely.

A most thoughtfully equipt, comfortable and welcoming holiday home. This accommodation provided everything we could wish for during our stay, and the bonus was to be just a short walk from the beach and the local town.

Travelled with my daughter and grandchildren.. We had the most wonderful time in the area, there is so much to visit or in our case revisit after several years going elswhere. The bungalow was spotless in an ideal position for visiting New Forest and the south coast.. The layout inside the bungalow is ideal for a family. and the secluded garden excellent if you have small children as they can come to no harm.
