This apt an upper unit no one above you and not really next to you either. It is within one block of public transportation and 2 blocks of charming Mill Valley. There are 2 decks front and back, the back overlooks a creek which makes for a very pleasant soundtrack. The windows facing these decks are floor to just about ceiling. There is a full bath and well equipped AEK with a dishwasher. The rooms are large enough for a dining area that comfortably seats 6 in addtion to a cozy living room area. There is hi speed wifi, cable, dvd, stereo, no land line but excellent cell reception everywhere. The bedroom has a queen size bed and two large clos...ets. The front deck off the bedroom sits under the redwoods and provides another cozy place to sit in the late afternoon, very peaceful.

There are laundry facilities on the premises and a covered parking spot with ample street parking should you have 2 vehicles.One of the best things about staying here is that you can, if you wish avoid driving, bring your bike or rent one locally. This is one of the few flat parts of Mill Valley so you can roll right over to Sausaltio without switching gears. From there you can hop on the ferry to SF and not give parking a second thought. You can also access many, many hiking trails as well as mountain bike trails within minutes. For those of you not familiar with Mill Valley it is full of great restaurants, has galleries, boutiques, and an art house 2 screen movie theatre with a balcony. There are also two live theatre venues in addition to the recently reopened Sweetwater Music Hall. Whole foods about a 2 minute bike ride and the Mill Valley Market about the same. Stinson Beach is about 25 minutes away by car, wine country about an hour.

There is absolulely NO SMOKING & NO PETS ( that includes little tiny dogs) being a vegetarian is a major plus!!Read more
