Traditional stone house Lucija is situated in village Mimice Medici in the middle of Dalmatia between Split and Makarska House is made in year 1918 but completely renovated in 2009 using natural materials like stone and wood.
Situated on the hill with magnificent view on the Adriatic sea and island Brac. Private path leads to the pebble beach surrounded by pine trees of fantastic fragrance. Beach is suitable for the children and the sea is very clean.

Neighbourhood is pretty quiet. From the one side of the house are also stone houses in which lives nobody. 100 m away lives first neighbours very friendly. From there leads second path to the beach. From other side is path which leads to second neighbours and lots of olive trees.
Parking is in front of the house between trees and second parking is on the main road under the house.
