Description
A easy way to stay in Mindelo the nicest city in Cape Verde.
From the property you have a very good starting point for your stay in São Vicente. With his ocean and mountain view, less than 3 minutes from the beach and 7 minutes from historical centre you are close from what is most important.
The house is located in a previleged neighborhood with his unique set of nice houses and adorable ambience. You may rest and enjoy yourself in a warm environment.
The property were renovated in 2009, his ground floor its completely independent from the rest of the house with his own kitchen and living room. In the upper floors there is a master bedroom, double bedroom , a twin room and a single room with a private wc. There is a common Kitchen giving direct acess to the back yard.
With 3 floors, 5 bedrooms, you may choose to read at balcony, taste a local wine at the spacious living room or at the terrace.Or perhaps opt for having a barbecue, with fresh fish from the local market, at the back yard pateo
