From the property you have a very good starting point for your stay in São Vicente. With his ocean and mountain view, less than 3 minutes from the beach and 7 minutes from historical centre you are close from what is most important.
The house is located in a previleged neighborhood with his unique set of nice houses and adorable ambience. You may rest and enjoy yourself in a warm environment.

Its located in a cosy neighborhood near the beach. Its one of the most exquisite city location anywhere in the city for those who visit and for those who live in the island of São Vicente. The famous Laginha beach with his calm and warm water and beach bars its a obligatory visit for all those who come to Mindelo as it congregates locals and visitors. The beach is also one of the symbols of the city.
There is a public parking in front of the house. Other important places like the viewpoint, beach bars, restaurants, grocery stores and downtown are easily accecible from the property, there is no need to have a car to enjoy what the city has to offer. For other natural landmarks a cab is a fast easy and very cheap way to return to the house after a fullfilling day at São Vicente.
