A cozy urban retreat. Bright and sunny. Nicely furnished with beautiful linens and a fully appointed kitchen. Paper products, laundry and kitchen products are provided. Laundry is shared coin and on the same level. This space is compact and very attractive. It is a five block walk to the Light Rail Train which reaches from the Mall of America, to the Airport and Downtown. Powderhorn Park is a very large city park 4-5 blocks away. Access to the extensive bike and recreational trail system is one block away on 18th. The Midtown YWCA is about 4 blocks away as well with a great indoor facility. My husband & I stayed here for a week in June. It was 90+ degrees outside, but this garden level condo was cool & comfy even before we turned the air on! This place is better even than the photos show (fantastic kitchen, nice bath, lots of natural light, well kept building), and was the perfect place for us to stay with easy check in & out & a great location. Matt's bar (a Minneapolis icon) is just blocks away, and Target is just around the corner. Salle was fabulous & professional in every way, and always lightning fast to reply to my questions. We will definitely rent from her when we go home to visit again.

Nicely appointed, with everything you need. Just go in knowing it is a basement unit, with people above you and the noise that goes with that, plus somewhat dark and stuffy. However modern furnishings and good value make it a worthwhile trade-off.

My husband and I spent the month of august in this cozy apartment. We loved how well appointed it was and the location was great for getting around the city and walking around Powderhorn Park. Salle was a dream to deal with and the other tenants in the building were welcoming and friendly. We couldn't have been happier.

This condo was just perfect for us. My daughter lives in the area and was getting married. We spent the week of the wedding here, and we couldn't ask for a better place for us

Our stay was comfortable, and the condo was very clean, the kitchen area was wonderful, and the owner was very responsible when we contacted her. We were a little disappointed in the location of the closet (bathroom) and the minimal closet space for hanging clothes; the creaking floors from the upstairs residents became a little annoying after awhile. The location of the condo was great and having off-street parking was a real plus.
