Our location is incredibly convenient which helps you make your stay more pleasant.
We are one block from a chain coffee shop and an independent coffee shop with soups, sandwiches and the Twin Cities best ice cream (Sebastian Joe's). We also have two convenience stores, 24 hour fitness, stylist, pizza carry out, etc.
More than one of our guests has walked or biked the trail that starts outside our door to Lake Calhoun, and rented a kayak or canoe. No matter how you want to get around, our location offers convenience.
For getting around town, we are on multiple buslines (at our door!), plus at a major freeway entrance. Downtown is ten minutes away, Mall of America fifteen. Off street parking available. On- Street parking ample for a garden party.

Sensational all around, gold star!

To avoid the impersonal, expensive, and cramped quarters of a few hotel rooms i opted to host my sisters bachelorette party and bachelor party at this location. There was so much room for everyone to comfortably sleep, without needing to sleep strangers with strangers. We did a 'rockabilly' themed party and did hair and makeup, which with 10 women could have been hairy, but there was so many places to set up 'stations' with available extension outlets everyone pretty much had their own space. Management was easy to contact, flexible, with speedy communication and a good sense of humor it made renting the location and getting situated on the day, an easy undertaking. The best part was it was more than reasonably priced. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and dish wear, we were able to make dinner and drinks to have at the house instead of adding the additional cost of eating dinner out. We ended up going out downtown, and cab fare was $20.00 per cab, which is about the only downfall but hey even that was well worth having a comfortable, roomy, and all around fantastic place for everyone to sprawl out, kick back and have a good time. I would strongly recommend this location for any large party! Thanks for a great stay!

I must point out that Scott and Jenna were extremely helpful and accommodating during our stay. The apartment had plenty of space for myself and four kids 11 and under. I will certainly be contacting Scott and Jenna if we stay in the St. Paul/Minneapolis area again. I highly recommend this place to others.

Very convenient to everything around Minneapolis. I felt very safe for my entire stay. The beds were comfy and the little extras like snacks in the freezer and pop in the fridge really helped when I couldn't get to the store.
