We rented this apartment from Friday to Sunday. We are a family with 2 teenage kids. The apartment has one double-bed bedroom and a large sleeper in the living room. This works fine for 4 persons, as long as the kids don't mind sharing the sleeper.
The location is very central. It is across the street from the presidential palace, and the entrance to the main Metro station is in the same building. There is a large supermarket one block away, and plenty of cafes and restaurants, including a McDonalds, in the immediate vicinity.
The management called us the day before to ask whether we needed transportation from the airport and agree on arrival time. They waited with the key when we arrived. On departure we handed the key to the cleaner.
The apartment is well equipped and was clean and tidy when we arrived. It is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. This was OK for us, but would not work for disabled persons. The WiFi didn’t work, but apart from that everything was to our expectations. There is no aC. This was OK since the weather wasn't too hot when we were there, but it would have been a problem earlier in the summer with temperatures above 30.
Considering the price (we paid 3 times as much for an equivalent apartment in Barcelona this summer) it is great value for money. I will happily recommend this to anyone going to Minsk.
