A most enjoyable 2 months stay,everything stated about this 13th floor apartment is true.
Sea views and short walks to shops/beach,very easy to catch public transport.
Looked after by 24/7 friendly security.Cost wise far better than any hotel will ever be.
Here you get all the home comforts of home and more,next to no noise.Definitely a place to stay. -

Fantastic location ,spotlessly clean,very helpful and friendly contact in the owners mother.
The amenities and especially the secure parking were excellent.I spent an extremely good 2 months there and will be going back again soon.I would reccomend this place to anyone who wanted a good place to stay near the ameneties but quiet and friendly neighbourhood. -

I would definitely recommend this place: nice location, safe neighborhood, close to clubs, drug store, ATM, restaurants, beach, gym and so on. There is also security 24 h. The owner was very helpful and very friendly everything went perfectly fine. The apartment was clean, nice view, everything in good condition, exactly as it is on the pictures. Definitely worth it, I am planning to go back and rent it again.

Our family had an amazing stay at the apartment and it felt more like a home which we loved. The mother was very friendly and always helpful with our needs. The location is perfect and lots of hot water for showers!

We stayed in this apartment for 9 nights and the stay was very enjoyable. The apartment is located very conveniently located with easy access to the beach and restaurants. The owner is always reachable, and takes care of any problems very quickly.
If you want to surf in Miraflores, this apartment is perfectly located. You need to walk down the cliff to get to the beach, and this apartment is close to the stairs going down the cliff. Other apartments may look closer to the beach on a map, but if it is far from the cliff stairs, you will have a very long walk to the beach. -

Considering the cost of staying in a hotel or hostal the stay here at the apartment was relatively inexpensive with a home-like touch. Although the distance from the airport is far, travel cost by taxi is still inxpensive as compared to that of the USa. There are places to visit, decent restaurants, a place to have clothes cleaned, convenient transportation and a few nice supermarkets nearby. All in all, the experience was great and I would stay there again if ever in Lima again.

El departamento fue todo lo que esperábamos y más (provisto por la calidez de Dña. Carmen). Se ha previsto todo lo que uno puede llegar a requerir y, como íbamos un matrimonio con una amiga, además, nos proveyó a cada uno con la privacidad necesaria. Las bondades del departamento se pueden resumir en pocas palabras: confort, estética, tranquilidad y una ubicación privilegiada. Recomendable y (ojalá) repetible.

Hi Ceci, my wife and I had an incredible time in Lima and a big part was because we had a wonderful apartment to come back to every night after our daily excursions. The apartment is very comfortable I think I slept better there than I do at home. The location could not have been better, easy walking to everything. Your mother is a lovely lady and it was a pleasure meeting her.

An excellent apartment - very well appointed - sought for absolutely nothing. The apartment is clean and in a great location with great views of the ocean. Booking was easy and all queries were answered very quickly by Cecilia. Cannot fault and would definately stay again if back in Lima.

I stayed at the apartment for 2 weeks and enjoyed it very much. The apartment was spacious, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen contained all necessary appliances. The only thing missing was a washing machine but because I knew this in advance this was not an issue, though it would have been nice if it was present. The apartment was situated in a very good neighborhood and fairly close to the beach and the Miraflores center. It was a pity that there was a lot of construction going on in the area which made a lot of noise. This was very annoying but I suppose I was just a little unlucky that this was going on during my stay. In all I was very satisfied with the apartment and also Mrs Torres was very friendly and helpful. Thanks and I will certainly come again in the future.

It's a very nice apartment in a skyscraper near the sea in one of the most famous neighbourg with a good service.
The apartment is quiet modern and luxurious.

My wife and I stayed at the apartment for nine days. I have to agree with everything that has been written about the apartment, great location, nice building. I would also like to add that the apartment is close to everything without being too close. Noise was never a problem. The only small issue we had with the apartment was that the wood floor had needed to be wet mopped. At the end of our first day I noticed that the bottom of my white socks had turned black.

The service was excellent and helpful. The family made sure we had everything we need.
The home was comfortable with all the modern conveniences. Felt like home after a short time of being there. It was in close proximity of the beach and the shops were a short walk away.
Only one complaint of no baking tray to cook anything in the oven, other than that had a great stay all round. Many thanks -

We stayed there a week. It's a pretty apartment, very calm, safe and the views from the 13th floor are spectacular.
Very comfortable beds and with all you really need, the kitchen has full equipment. With a lot of TV channels and Internet.
Everything is close, Larcomar, the beach, La Rosa Na?tica...

Estuvimos una semanita y la disfrutamos much?simo. El apartamento es bonito, tranquilo y seguro. Mejor que muchos hoteles de Lima. Est? muy bien situado. Con unas vistas preciosas al Pac?fico.
Con Internet, muchos canales de TV y todo lo que se necesita en la cocina.
En resumen, todo perfecto y 100% recomendable.
