All arrangements handled very professionally. The apartment is in a great location and very comfortable. Clean, quiet, a very good value compared to Miraflores hotels. I'll use it again when I return to Lima.

I was amazed about the wonderful place I rented in Lima and the location of it, 5 min walking from everywhere from nice restaurants, handicrafts markets, supermarkets even sea views and archeological zones a couple blocks away. The house is very safe and Rudy has a very good taste in the decoration and he makes sure you will feel comfortable there. I can't wait to go back and spend more time

We had five nights here in Miraflores in between tours. It was absolutely wonderful to come home to after day out exploring. We felt extremely safe here as the security was excellent. There was everything you needed in this apartment, it was modern, lovely comfy bed and plenty of room to spread yourselves out in. it was in a terrific position, we didn't catch a taxi once, just walked everywhere we wanted to go, supermarket was very close and a wonderful deli just around the corner. We felt that we had extremely good value for money here and would recommend to anyone who wants more than a hotel room. Rudy went out of his way to make sure our stay was spot on!!

Summary: Beautiful apartment, very spacious, excellent location
Positives:
- Very nice furnishings
- Ultra-clean
- Seamless check-in and check-out
- Perfect location in Miraflores
- No street noise.
Negatives:
- The dryer did not work during my visit.
- The upstairs neighbors were very loud.
Overall, I definitively recommend this apartment. I have rented 4-5 apartments in the past year, and this was my best experience. -

This was my first time to Lima, Peru and renting this apartment from Rudy was the best thing I could have done! His apartment is in a perfect location, close to the shoreline, shopping and tourist attractions. It was also very clean, cozy, quiet and a relaxing unit. Rudy has a driver that will pick you up at the airport for a minimal fee, he has a custodian that came in for a couple of small issues and cleaned the apartment for us once a week. The apartment is very secure so there was never any concern for security issues. I would definitely stay at this apartment again when I return to Peru and would highly recommend it to my family and friends.

The apartment is on a safe, quiet side street and tastefully decorated with a charming garden inside the front gate. An upscale supermarket is within a ten-minute walk. Great restaurants everywhere. (Rudy's left a list of suggestions in the middle drawer of the chest in the dining area, along with a stack of guidebooks to use while you're staying at the house.) Walk to the sea. Walk to the ruins. Walk to avenida arrequippa and catch a combi to downtown Lima for 1.5 soles (45 cents). The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook and entertain. And my Italian husband couldn't believe he could even watch RaI (the Italian channel on cable)!

We enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental. The place was comfortable and well equipped. The check in and check out was hands on and wonderful. Compared to a hotel, this vacation rental was fabulous...lots of room and convenience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy house. It is super cute and also is in a safe neighborhood. We have everything that we need for a two weeks stay. The kitchen was well equipped. We absolutely loved the shower. We walked to central Miraflores (about 15 minutes). Rudy helped us make arrangement for early arrival and even transportation. German not only kept the house spotless and even helped us iron the clothes one day. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Lima next time.
