We had a wonderful time in Lima and this apartment perfectly met all of our needs. First off, the owner and the ladies who helped take care of the apartment were very friendly and quick to handle any of our questions. Additionally, we would highly recommend using the car service as they were quick and safe. The apartment was very clean and stocked with all of the basics (e.g. pots, pans, extra blankets, hair dryer). We were traveling with our young son and were very happy to have a dvd player available! In addition, he was able to move around easily and sleep in his own bed. The location of the apartment is centrally located in Miraflores with many restaurants or clubs close by also, Kennedy park is within walking distance. Our son loved all of the cats which live in the park! What we liked the least was the noisy streets during the night. Also, we were unaware of at the time but the available telephone only had a limited number of minutes available and we ran out of minutes before the end of our two week stay and had to buy a calling card to continue to use the telephone. Although, there was wifi/internet available and it was very easily accessible. Overall, this apartment was a great home away from home!

This review corresponds to the one-bedroom property by this owner located at Jose Pardo. It is located at a perfect distance in between parque Kennedy and the beachfront. You can walk to either place in the beautiful Jose Pardo avenue, one of those boulevards with a center boardwalk with flowers, trees, benches and night lights. There are all kind of restaurants around and the best of all: a Vivanda grocery store two blocks away! We stayed here two weeks. The bed is a bit hard and the bedroom/bathroom would benefit of some maintenance. The service we received from the owner and the manager was excellent; clear communications and easiness of payment.

Located in the older, not so nice side of Miraflores, but certainly close to shops etc. Godd size apartment in urgent need of a thorough clean, mainly in the bathroom, kitchen and lounge areas.
Hairs and mould in shower, mould on lounge room walls, grease and dirt on stove knobs, no plug for sink. What passed for tea towel was used and dirty. Towels very thin, beds hard as rocks or harder! Pillows were the stuffed with foam cubes type- not condusive to a good night's sleep!

Since all of our guests have always given us positive to very positive feedback, we are very suprised by your review and would like to take this opportunity to address it / provide our views on it.
As far as the location is concerned, this is indeed the older (but definetly not old) part of Miraflores as it is the HISTORICAL part of town. As it is literally one block away from the Kennedy Park and from all commodities, we feel that this is a very good locations for tourists, and our guests so far have more than shared this view (see other reviews.)
In terms of cleaning, please note that the apartment is cleant and all the towels changed after every check-out. Nevertheless, it is of course possible that we miss a spot (or a knob) or two... That's why we find your appreciation of its cleanliness suprising; even more so if we refer to the feeback from other guests. But everyone has its own standards in this area and we respect that. Also, please take into consideration that Lima is a very humid place.
In terms of towel thickness, bed hardness and pillow material, there again, we believe that everyone has its own standards and we respect that. Please note though, that we use similar ones at home, and that in the apartment no other guest has ever made a comment about them. -

Arrived latee in the evening and the owner was there, on time waiting for us to arrive. They welcomed us very profesionaly but extremely friendly and warm. The apartment was clean, roomy so exactly how it was described on the website and illustrated on the pictures. Location was excellent, steps from center of Miraflores, restaurants, nightlife and easy to get cabs. The inventory process was a little long and tediuos but necessary in this market. While this was being done, the contract was being signed, so the entire process was swift considering the inventory walk-through. I will definetely stay again. As an aside, the owner offers transportation, daily housekeeping and baby-sitting. I will definetely stay here again.

Great location and great apartment. The accomodations were so easy to do. The apartment is right next to the "La calle de la pizzas". Safe location, close to the shops, and about 10-15minute walk to the beach. Overall a great experience and no hassle.

This was an excellent experience, the apartment was spacious with everything needed to make our stay so enjoyable. The kitchen was compact and well equipped, the lounge area was very comfortable, the bed was so comfortable we never had any problems sleeping! But the location was perfect. It is in the heart of Miraflores, a short distance from restaurants, dry cleaners, minutes from the popular Kennedy Park and a short taxi or bus ride from Larcomar Shopping Center. We stayed for just over a week and would thoroughly recommend this apartment - it is certainly valus for money.

Very nice flat in Miraflores' center. Not far away for "Calle de las Pizzas". It has a practical location, it is not so far away from super markets, entertainments, restaurants and the nice shopping center "LarcoMar" that is closed to the Sea.
The owner was very kind and helpful. She showed us all the flat's facilities and explained us about the neighbourhood around.
It is a really nice. spacious, shiny and quite place! Everything seemed either very new or very well looked after.
It has internet and cable . Really it is as you are at your own home.
If I have the opportunity to go back to Lima again, I would not hesitate to rent this flat again.

I rented this apartment for one week and I had an excellent time. The apartment is brand new and has a modern outlook. The apartment is new, clean, and very well located. Its location did everything for my trip as I was a walking distance to the heart of Miraflores, which is an amazing spot for tourists. My experience was so good that I will definitely stay here again. The price I paid was truly worth it and I can say that my stay was comparable to the stay of any luxury hotel.
