Large, airy, secure, and walking distance from ruins to restaurants to ocean to shopping mall. unbeatable view from the balcony. Chosen based on past positive reviews. Those reviews did not exaggerate. Owner friendly and straightforward.

The apartment is in Miraflores, one of the happening parts of Lima. It overlooks the ocean. It has a nice terrace. There is a 24 hour doorman. The park in front of the apartment is beautiful. I ran every morning. We saw paragliders sailing out our window and ended up getting such an experience ourselves.

My history with Internet rentals has been that the pictures are better than what you actually get. I was completely wrong with this one. You get exactly what you see and more. The apartment is large and spacious and exquisitely decorated. From two corners of the apartment, you have views of the "costa verde". From the eat-in-kitchen, you have a gorgous view of the ocean with a sliding window if you want some breeze. There is a balcony (uncovered since the apartment building "tiers" like a pyramid) where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. The Marcolar is just down the street if you want to do some shopping. There is a great panaderia a few blocks away (La Moder I think). Brujas Cacchitte is just down the street offerering some of the best food in Lima. With all this said, the best part about the apartment is the malecon just across the street with some of the most gorgeous parks you'll find anywhere. I usually have trouble exercising but I had no trouble finding the motivation to get up and go for morning runs and then returning to vegatate on the balcony or in the kitchen for a few hours enjoying the setting. You won't find a better place to stay in Lima.

Not only was the apartment beautiful, it was extraordinarily comfortable. The views from the apartment are breathtaking and everything you need is within walking distance. Sra. Ramos was the ideal hostess, she was most pleasant to work with and had all the details worked out in advance so that all we had to do was show up and enjoy.
I hope that we have the opportunity to return to Lima very soon, and we will most certainly be contacting the Ramos family again! -

My husband, college aged daughter and I went to Peru to visit our exchange daughter, her husband and two young children. We wanted a place large enough for all of us to stay together and not feel cramped. Hotel rooms would have been a nightmare. This was absolutely perfect for us: full kitchen with a wonderful view for meals with kids, separate family room with a television and DVR for those who wanted to watch a movie, a family room so my 5 year old grandchild could stay with his parents and a grocery store down the street. We loved our stay.

I attended a wedding in Lima in July 2011. A group of friends and I took the leap and rented this place. I'd never rented from a private individual over the internet before, so I was pretty nervous. In the end, however, I had nothing to worry about. The place was great and Chelo and her mom were super helpful.
The location was perfect and the pictures don't do the place justice. The breakfast nook overlooking the water is wonderful. The blacony is nice too. And the concierge in the building is kind and helpful.
I highly recommend this to everyone. -

i stayed here with my parents and sister for 5 days for my wedding in Peru. The location was fantastic with views of the Pacific Ocean and Miraflores touristic area right down the street - Larcomar within 2 minute walk. Consuelo was very honest and trustworthy. i paid via PayPal because i was hesitant at first but going forward would just send her a check if i were to rent it again. had a great time and would highly recommend renting this place to anyone that doesn't want to pay the exorbitant hotel rates for half the space you get at this place.

The apartment had an awesome location, and the view was breath taking. Loved the windows all around the unit. The security guys were awesome and did an incredible job confirming the visit of each guest I had before they went up to the apartment. The apartment is more than confortable, very spacious with plenty of TVs and beds. Consuelo was super nice and professional when handling our stay in her beautiful apartment. Everynight we walked to Larco Mar and the shopps in Miraflores. Next time I visit Peru I will stay there again with not doubt.

The apartment was exactly as it looked on the website. It has a wonderful view. It is a short walk to the Mall where we spent a fair bit of time at Starbucks and a couple of restaurants. If I were going to Lima again I would not hesitate to stay there.
