Clean, well-stocked, friendly security people, helpful owners, and in general very safe and convenient. For a family visiting Peru for first time you couldn't ask for more. Shopping places, restaurants, casinos, and the ocean are all at walking distance. The apartment has everything we needed, including a clothes washer/dryer, and liked the fact that there is a TV in every room, including the kitchen. All this and more at a fraction of what it would have cost to book 2 separate hotel rooms for less service and less space. We were extremely satisfied with our stay.

I stayed at this apartment for two week, the last week of july and august. It was my first time in Peru and will not be my last.
It is definitely the best location!
The apartment is beautiful. There is have 24 hour security the gentleman that work there are very nice. The apartment is modern and clean, hot/ cold water, there is a washer and dryer, television. A fully equip kitchen. You also have access to the internet and wifi which was a very helpful when trying to figure out where everything is. Everything you need is here.
There are several supermarkets like just block away. There are plenty of great places to eat, all in walking distance. I have a few favorite places I went to a few times. There is a brazilian place located on a second level where u can get some great personal pizza and good pisco sour, between avenida lapaz between avenida benavides and schell which is only like 2 blocks, and right on the corner of schell and lapaz there is a place called tropicana which has great food!
Several blocks away there is Larcomar which is a shopping mall over looking the pacific ocean, the view is magnificent, also near by is the parque (park) kennedy which is nice for shopping for gifts and good bars and restaurants. You can also walk to the parque de amor ( the love park) -

I stayed in this apartment for 5 weeks in October/November 2011 and again for a week in December 2011.
It is a great apartment and I was well looked after by Elizabeth and her local rep Carmen. It is a very comfortable apartment and very clean. All the facilities worked well and gave no problems. The kitchen is first class and it's good to have the washer dryer on hand.
I used the wifi everyday without problems. I used the pc only once or twice but it worked fine.
The apartment is in a great location. It is only a few minutes from Larcomar and also Pargue Kennedy. There is a superb supermarket a couple minutes walk away who will carry your shopping to the apartment for free, for a tip of course. It is also a safe location, and I felt safe coming home on foot even late at night, well up to midnight or a bit later anyway.
Overall an excellent apartment which I can highly recommend and will stay in again should I be back in Lima.

I recently stayed here and overall it was a great experience. The owners and the apartment are first class. The owners were very accommodating with a late check out and they were only an email away when we had questions. The location is ideal...very close to everything from Kennedy Park in one direction to Larco Mar in the other. It is in the heart of Miraflores so it is a little bit noisy...but not terribly so. There were only a couple of minor things that were bothersome. Though it was great to have a computer to use...it continually would shut down for no reason. That was frustrating. The other thing was the lack of space in the kitchen. There is hardly any counterspace when cooking which made it a little difficult...but the appliances were all in great working order. Having a washer/dryer on site was also a great thing. If I had to rate this out of 10...I would give it an 8.

This was my very first time in Lima and all I can say is I loved it. The location of the apartment was just like it said near everything. It was very clean and very comfortable. My only issue was the water wasn't very warm when taking a shower but I was informed this is normal. I still have no complaints.It is a beautiful apartment and I will be staying there again very soon, if available. Carlos and Elizabeth made my stay in Lima the best and they made sure everything I needed was taken care of. This is a very nice apartment and I enjoyed staying there.

Summary:
I travel to Lima many times each year and have stayed in several apartments and hotels. This is one that I will definitely stay in again.
Pros:
- Clean, roomy, and as described/pictured.
- Very good value.
- Location is good, but not great.
- All appliances worked great and are located in the apartment.
Cons:
- I had trouble with the Wifi internet on several days. It would go down for several hours. I would recommend business travelers picking up a USB Claro jump drive for backup.
- The street noise was considerable, even for Lima! -

The apartment was clean. Communication and check in/check out was easy, even though we did not speak much Spanish. The central location was very convenient - close to grocery shopping, banks, great restaurants,Lacomar shopping center, and tours.

The apartment was spacious and had everything you needed. The computer, phone, shower, tvs, washing machine... everything worked perfectly. The location was amazing, it is right in the heart of a very nice suburb and close to all necessities. No complaints with anything. Highly recommend staying here for a great experience in Lima.

-wonderful location, close to many things (the beach, supermarket, many restaurants)
-perfect size for 4 people. Great to have 2 bathrooms
-provided with many wonderful things (washer, dryer, all the dishes you need, tea, soap, shampoo, towels)
-wonderful comfortable beds
Cons
-Although the apartment is listed as non-smoking, there is definitely a faint smell of cigarette smoke. Perhaps a neighbor smokes. It is really not bad at all, but if you have sensitivity to this, it's something to be aware of.

We really appreciate your comments and are glad that you felt comfortable, in general, in the apartment. This is definitely a non-smoking apartment and we will investigate where that cigarette smell is coming from. Lima (and specially Miraflores) is very humid in the winter and some mildew may appear quickly. We regularly check this and use a dehumidifier in the apartment. We have also installed permanent anti-mildew devices.

The apartment was a great place to stay! It was perfect for the three of us (all adults) who stayed there. Accomodations were comfortable and adequate for what we needed. The apartment is located within walking distance to numerous restaurants, shopping areas, grocery stores and local bars. Anything you couldn't walk too was a quick cab ride away. We would definitely stay there again!

The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated and the building security staff was very courteous and professional. The owners were very accomodating and did their best to make sure we were confortable, they even had a champagne bottle for us as gift for New Year!. The apartment is in a great area, very close to restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay with them in my next trip to Lima.

This is a nicely furnished, well equipped and maintained flat in the fashionable Miraflores district of Lima, with good access to the shops and restaurants. It is also deceptively large and four people could stay here comfortably. The check-in and check-out were a little complicated and took a fair amount of time, with an inventory check, but all in all I had a positive experience of staying here and would recommend it without qualification to others.

My son and I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It was nicely decorated and looked better than in the pictures. The place was clean and comfortable. Overall a good value for the price! The location could not be better, steps to Larcomar and Kennedy Park, close to restaurants, stores, banks, casino, and there is 24hrs open supermarket nearby. We would love to stay there again.
