This apartment was a great place to stay because:
1. It was very safe with a doorman present 24 hours/per day to let us in.
2. It was spacious enough for my husband, myself and our adult daughter.
3. It was only 4 short blocks away from a grocery store.
4. Fabulous price
5, They offered to pick us up at the airport even though we arrived at 1am. This worked out well because we were so tired.
6. Easy to catch a taxi or a bus right out front.
7. Really good location.
8. Nice to make our own breakfasts and dinners here.
9. Clean

I recently booked this Lima apartment for a two week visit to Peru. The location is excellent and within walking distance to major attractions and shopping centers. Additionally, there are several choices for grocery stores within two blocks down ave Benevides which was very convenient. The location is great for hailing taxis and even better for returning in a taxi as everyone seems to know the location of the Pardo's chicken on Benevides (hint: it's right next door and the chicken is fantastic).
The building feels very secure as there is a friendly doorman at all hours and the Miraflores area is a safe one to begin with. Check-in and check-out was a breeze with Ciro who met me on both occasions (note: accommodating a late arrival as well).
The apartment is well furnished and decorated and has wi-fi, cable internet, and local phone (useful, but I would recommend buying a cheap claro mobile or SIM card for your stay in Peru).
If you are a small family, group of two or three friends, or single traveller looking for a cost-effective alternative to hotels, I would highly recommend this apartment rental to base your vacation in Peru. -

Very convenient location. Close to commercial area, just few blocks. All what a family needs (kitchen, TV, internet, living and dining,etc.). Fair price.
