This new apartment building is just 2 blocks behind the JW Marriott and 3 blocks from Larcomar Mall on a quiet back street. The apartment is a brand new duplex 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms on the 5th floor of a 7-story building. The building has a garage parking area and a 24 hour door man.

Estuve 5 dĂas junto a mis hijas adolescentes, tanto ellas como yo estamos muy satisfechos de haber elegido bien. Está muy bien ubicado, en una calle tranquila y en un sector de la ciudad muy seguro y hermoso. Bien equipado de todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa, buen gusto en los detalles y decoraciĂłn. La señora Elsa y don Santiago son amables y correctos, les estamos agradecidos. Si regreso a este destino, Ă©sta será mi segura elecciĂłn.Lima es una bella ciudad.

I stayed in this apartment one month. Apartment has all that you need - its clean and everything is working - if something was not ok - owner responded immediately.
I was actually missing most - living room sofa table to put down my drink while reading my book. Also in a balcony it would be nice to have a small table and some chair.
Owner told when I was leaving that next time I will propably see items I am missing now.
Overall I was quite happy with this accommondation and next time in Lima I quess that I will stay in the same place if available during my dates.Response from Elsa Maria Smith - 03/07/2013

choice for our short stay in Miraflores. Nice little apartment with all the conveniences. Well located on a quiet residential street within walking distance to the ocean, shopping, restaurants, casinos, etc. Very secure with 24 hr. doorman. Sra. Smith and her staff were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this choice to others.

Good service. Apartment very clean. Beautiful view. Nice walking along the waterfront. Restaurants, art galleries,theatres, transportation. Good and secure place to stay
