1560 sq. ft. Condo is in a perfect location in MiraFlores directly across from the Canadian Embassy. The Condo is spacious and plenty of privacy with two levels. The Family room, terrace and recreational room provide plenty of comfort. This is a condominium complex and only a few units are rentals. Therefore, this is a quiet, safe, and comfortable condo for you to enjoy your stay in Peru.

The condo is directly across from the Canadian Embassy. The condo is an area of Miraflores that is not congested or noisy, but close to all the activities. For example, the condo is 3 blocks from Kennedy Park, and Calle Berlin where there is a lot of night life, discos and jazz clubs. However, far enough a way that you have no noise or traffic. There are two bus routes and plenty of taxis that come within a block of the condo, so it is easy to get around.
You are only 3 short blocks to the Ocean and promenade which has parks, great view of the sun set, and a 15 minute walk to Marco Lar, which is a great mall full of activities.
The neighborhood is save and clean. Vivanda, an upscale grocery store, is 2 blocks away. Pardo Street is two blocks away and has all the stores you need.

This was the most fabulous spot. We were on the top floors with a view (especially the sunsets) of both the Pacific Ocean and the andes. The patio space with dining table was the scene for several memorable dinners. The locations was simply romatic. It was safe and secure and the apt. staff friendly and helpful. Even the guards for the Canadian Embassy across the street would, without being asked, step into the street to give us safe passage across. The grocery store just 2 blocks away had everything we needed. There were excellent restaurants all around and within walking distance. Even at night we felt safe. Allan was attentive and his manager, Marina, took care of whatever our needs. I loved our time in Lima, I think Miraflores is the best area of Lima and the apartment was fantastic. We had friends come and go during our almost 6 weeks in the apartment and we never felt crowded nor did the apt feel overwhelmed. The two floors gave us room to spread out. We stayed a month in this condo.
Good location (10 min. walk from Parque kennedy, 5 minutes walk to the ocean, less than 5 min. walk to the supermarket). Nice views over the city (and partly ocean).
A lot of space with 3-4 bedrooms and the large terrace (with some nice plants).
Secure building (porter day and night).
Everything was clean and well taken care of. Very complete kitchen. Very complete condo: wifi, satellite TV, stereo, etc. etc. -

With out a doubt we are extremely please that we chose this location for our stay in Peru. The accomodations are just as you see in the pictures.!!! Great service from the desk personnel no matter the time they helped call a cab for us directions, restaurants you name it they took care of it.We mostly walked all over Miraflores, The Plaza, the beach. We loved all of it and this will be our permanet rental when we visit again!!!

The location is great. It is only a few blocks to everything in Miraflores. I enjoy the jazz club which is only 3 blocks away. Since we are across from the Canadian Embassy, there are plenty of taxis and the area is nicely maintained.

We had a great time in Peru - we were lucky to find this condo. First, wanted to express how greatful we are to the owners - their guidance, tips and support through out from planning our vacation to after we've arrived back from vacation. They really made sure we have everything we need, and safe. They even called during our stay to make sure we are doing OK and answer any questions we have. They gave us phones to use which came in very handy - as well as Wifi. The condo is in a great location relatively close to a lot or activities - the parks, restaurants, grocery, Kenney Park, the beach, the ruins and stores. We loved the stroll to Kennedy Park - and if you are up for it - you can also walk all the way to Larco Mar - but it should be a 5 - 10 minute cab ride. Condo was decorated and furnished well, very clean, spacious, relaxing and in a very safe neighborhood. My kids loved the playroom/activity area they have set up - they have a Fooz ball in teh activity room on next tothe roof top tprivate terrrace. The patio is also awesome - great for barbacue and rexation time. Will definitely look for this condo again when we go back to Lima
