This wonderful three level penthouse sleeps up to 7-8 people. It is 2600+- square feet and it is located on the top upper 3 levels of a 13 story building. Three floor penthouse right on the green Malecon, what more could you want? I just used the master bed room and left the windows open for lovely sea breezes all night, heaven.
The penthouse is in the northern newest development area. However, the best new restaurant area is just out the back door, I ate there every day.perfect. The doorman can get you a cab down to the busier, crazier central Miraflores very easily.
Everything in the place was very good, linens, towels even throw pillows.
My Spanish is weak so there are chances for misunderstanding. Just stick with it until everybody understands and you will have no problems
Take my word for it, you will love staying here. -

Pros: Amazing view, fast wi-fi
Cons: Location was far away from the main area of Miraflores at least 2 kilometers away from the main mall area where all the shops and restaurants are located, Taxis were not easily available and we needed to walk a few of blocks to get one. The person who dealt with us in Peru (not the same one who deals with you in the us) gave us wrong information on multiple things. We got there at 330pm and she told us check in was at 5pm, she asked for more than the agreed deposit ( I had a writen email to show), she showed up one hour before check out and tried to enter the apartment with her keys without previous notification and when she could not enter she rang the bell non stop for minutes and called the apartment again and again to ask us to open the door for her so she could let other renters see the apartment(people we did not know), we had valuable belongings lying around and did not feel comfortable doing so. Furniture is completely outdate and linens are old and smelly and were obviously stolen from hotels, spas and even a hospital, they all have the printed name of other business on them, the main bedroom bathroom drainage stinks, the apartment is cold and we were not given extra comforters despite the fact that it has no heating system, we were told it was a 3 bedroom apartment but 2 of the bedrooms were locked so we couldn't even see the views from the other rooms, it was as if we rented a 1 bedroom which made us feel cheated. I would never stay here again and I would not recommend it to a friend.Response from susy q - 01/02/2013

The location...The penthouse is located close to the downtown, where you can find a high variety of services, restaurants, and good entertainment. Most of the time there is a taxi infrnt of the building. If not, the front desk service person will call a taxi for the guest. This is his job.
.Problem with my staff; We disagree with the details mentioned above. My assistant has been with me for several years now and she is very professional and knows her job well. Your late check out was not possible (need to request the day before) because a new arrival was already scheduled.
We are sorry the guest didnot like our taste in furniture. Most of the furniture is two years old. Nobody else has a problem with it.
The comments about the linens are a complete fabrication ; an exaggeration to embellish the story. (The sheets are 600 thread purchased from Bed, Bath and Beyond in SF Bay Area, California)
There were extra blankets, towels and linens available in the upper closet area. We have several portable heaters. Permanent heating is not used in most condos along the coast. (This is standard in Lima).
The penthouse has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The rooms are open to the guests.
Overall, we are sorry this guest was unsatisfied. There maybe slightly other reasons for the negative comment. We have been successfully renting this penthouse for eight years now and have seen many happy guests come back to our place for a repeat visit. We have had many types of people staying with us in the past, including foreign politians and embassy staff. One customer even came back for a repeat visit to have their wedding at our penthouse. (In the past, 5 weddings have been joyously held at this property). -
