Lima is the capital city of Peru, a great country where we have ancient treasures as Machu Pichu, adventure experiences in the Amazon forest, surfing beaches and much more. And Miraflores is the fanciest and safest neighborhood in Lima. Conveniently located, you can walk to Larcomar, a commercial area full of restaurants, cafes and boutiques, either to relax by the ocean while you eat at one of its many restaurants, have a beer or coffee at a bar or cafe, go shopping for Peruvian handicraft, watch a movie, or simply…dare trying parasailing, dance the night away at any of its lively nightclubs, or enjoy a typical dance show.
There is a gas station with its minimarket, a hair and nail salon, a grocery store, parks, a church, several restaurants, bars and cafes, all also within walking distance, and lots of delivery service options.

We spent a week in Viviana's apartment in February. It was a great place to relax and enjoy some warm weather (always welcome in the middle of a Canadian winter). She was very helpful and made us really feel at home.
The apartment was very well appointed and the bed very comfortable. We never got tired of the view even with the fog rolling in on a couple of days! We liked the fact that we were in easy walking distance to some great restaurants. The little store around the corner (in Viviana's most useful binder) was a good place to get basics, but the Metro store on Calle Schell was only a short cab ride from home and had a wonderful selection of foodstuff. We are real foodies and enjoyed making some meals from scratch so my only complaint would be that I really missed my own cook's knives.
We will certainly recommend this apartment to others and stay there again if we get back to Peru.

My boyfriend and I just got back from our stay and we can not wait to go back. Everything in the apartment was perfect for our two week vacation. The view is absolutely amazing and the apartment is bright and cheery. The location is excellent close to restaurants, stores, bodegas(mini food stores),gas stations and more. We had a great experience with Viviana the owner of the apartment, she is very nice and welcoming and very helpful answering all of our questions. She lends you a cell phone for your stay which we found extremely useful and has a guide book to the apartment and Lima. If you are looking for a secure clean apartment with a fantastic view, and all the right furnishings then book this one and you won't be disappointed. We are counting down the months till we can return!

My husband and I stayed in this property for 2.5 weeks and wish we could have stayed longer! The view and location of this apartment are excellent, and the apartment itself is clean, bright and cheery. We felt safe and comfortable at all times. The kitchen is quite well equipped and we appreciated the little extra touches that Viviana provided - the fruits and cereals to get us started, a few staples such as sugar, salt,coffee, laundry and dish detergent, etc. Viviana is a gracious hostess - she was there to greet us when we arrived and dropped by the evening before our early morning departure. Though we did not have to contact her for any assistance, it was comforting to know that we could call her if necessary.

Charmingly decorated, clean with exceptional views and a fantastic location describes best this one bedroom, two bathroom duplex in Miraflores. Great apartment, fantastic location and the doorman was always there to assist.

I have been traveling to and from Peru for the past 35 years. Normally, I stay in the Miraflores area. In the past, we have rented 2-3 bedroom apartments because we traveled with our family. This trip was just my husband and myself, so we only needed one bedroom. This apartment was by far the nicest I've rented to date. It is beautifully decorated and just the right size for two people.
It was well equipped, clean and cozy - many nice touches. Unfortunately, the dryer wasn't working while we were there. Vivianan followed up with me and has assured me that it has been fixed, so that should not be a problem.
I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone looking to spend a relaxing time in the Lima area. There are many places in the area for breakfast/lunch, as well as "bodegas" where you can buy what you need for breakfast/lunch, if you chose to eat in. I highly recommend eating out for dinner to try out the wonderful restaurants in the area. Lima is well known for it's great cuisine - don't miss it! I'm been in this apartment with my boyfriend in agoust, Septiembre 2012, for 2 weeks.
When I arrived there were somethings that weren't working, for instances the TV in the leaving room. But as soon as we talked to the owner, she arranged almost immediately, making our stay enjoyable as it should be from the start.
The apartment is very nice, is fully equipped, the bed is very comfortable, well located and has a view to the sea.

I was glad to get into a clean, comfortable apartment after arriving to Lima from San Diego, California. Lima is a vibrant city, so coming back to this modern apartment each day to "chill" / relax was wonderful. Using the apartment as my base, I explored Barranco and Miraflores including a couple of 8km running tours. Everything in the apartment worked fine and the bedroom was quiet. I used the wifi connection to catch up on the news, emails, chat and upload photos and videos for friends and family to see what I was doing in Lima. I have traveled all over the world, and Viviana's apartment is great value for the money.

This is a beautiful luxury apartment, the building is incredible modern, very safe, clean, and it is in a great location. This a wonderful place for a vacation. The apartment is well furnished, good quality of linings, very comfortable bed! The owner is a very reliable person. The staff was exceptional friendly and helpful. What I like the most of this apartment was the wonderful view of the ocean. I stayed here the last two times I visited Peru and I will definitely go back again!

My husband and I stayed at Viviana's duplex apartment for 18 days and came out with nothing to complain about.
The furnishings, paintings, linens, electronics and finishing touches of the apartment are all of good quality and the apartment itself is very organised - we felt quite at home.
The kitchen is well equipped to cook. The views are great and there is a vast sense of space and light in the apartment.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable and having on a different level from the living room allows privacy.
The area is safe and great to walk around even late at night. There are several good restaurants in the area.
The apartment is almost a reflection of Viviana for whom we have a lot of praise. Our queries were responded to instantly at all times and we were given assistance at every stage. Viviana is very organised, very helpful, very kind and very friendly -she is genuinely a nice person and it was a pleasure to mert her...we wish her all the best.
