San Antonio is a very quiet and safe area of Miraflores and only a 15 minute walk to hundreds of Stores and Restaurants in the heart of Miraflores and Larco Mar.
A few blocks away from the Lobby is the Historic Parque Reducto, where every weekend the Bio-Natural Fair is held. Naturally grown and hydroponic Produce, grains, Queen Bee Pollen and Honey and many other Natural and Ecological items are available.
Less than 5 blocks away is the "Pasteleria Cafe San Antonio", considered by most the best and most "happening" Deli and Cafe in Lima.
2 More blocks from the Cafe is Gaston Acurios (Peruvian Chef ranked in the top 20 worldwide) "Pappachos", the newly opened Gourmet Burger Restaurant, definately worth trying!!

Estuvimos en Miraflores durante catorce hermosos días.
Nos gustó muchísimo el departamento porque no sólo es cómodo y confortable sino que está muy bien ubicado, a escasos 100 mts. de la av. 28 de Julio que a las pocas cuadras se une con la av. Larco.
La vecindad es muy agradable con negocios para comer y hacer compras de comestibles. Además a cinco cuadras hay un hermosos mercado de flores naturales y platas donde se pueden encontrar también semillas para los amantes de la jardinería.
Fuimos recibidos por sus dueños quienes con mucha amabilidad nos informaron sobre todo lo que deseábamos saber. La relación fue muy cordial durante toda la estadía y esperamos volver a verlos pronto.
Recomiendo este departamento para cualquier grupo de gente que le interese conocer no sólo Miraflores sino también Barranco y cualquier otro lugar de la Bella Lima.

We are a family of 4 and recently stayed at this apartment.
Pros: 1. Carlos (owner) is fabulous, he is very helpful and super nice. He lives in the same building and although we never had to call on him during our stay he did arrange to meet us. he even arranged for a taxi for an early morning departure. 2. Location is good. It isn't close to the happening area but close to all the conveniences (grocery store, convenience store, restaurants, major taxi roads etc.) 3. The apartment was great, well furnished with everything + that you may need, having 2 bathrooms available with 2 kids was great. 4. Having laundry facilities was a big + 5. Security at the front desk. 6. Tv in both rooms, Wifi etc. 7. Abundant hot water!
Cons: Really nothing major that would prevent us from booking again but if I had to put something 1. 7th floor can get hot in the day, you have to remember to close the blinds and if it is hot and you sleep with the windows open you can hear the highway traffic. (that could bother some people.)

One of the priceless rewards this business brings is the experience of meeting some wonderful people from all over the world. Aldo and family where model guests! Sometimes I worry when I dont hear from my guests after they checkin so I try to check with them to make sure they have everything they need. I tried calling Aldo a couple of times but with no results. I just learned that its not always true: "No news is good news", After reading this nice review I felt bad for taking out 2 very efficients stand alone fans fron the rental a few days before, thinking the summer heat wave was over. Sorry Aldo, If next summer I have the pleasure of having you'all as my guests again I promise you will find an A/C unit Installed. That would keep things cool and quiet.
I see it as a matter of preference, you can choose to be in the heart of the"action" (cafes, discos, allnight life, neons....) and accept the noise level, bumper to bumper car parking and traffic and the slightly higher security risk that comes with.
Or you can be a few blocks away from the action (still walking distance) and have a little bit more of a quiet surrounding with all the conveniences (banks, stores, restaurants etc...) you may need. Its a matter of preference.

Un grand merci à Carlos et à sa maman qui ont été disponibles quand j'avais besoin d'aide.
J'ai passé 5 semaines très agréables dans cet appartement,design,avec tout le confort nécessaire.Très bien situé près des magasins ,un petit restaurant en face.A 2 blocs des bus et près du Metropolitano.Il est très facile de se déplacer d'un bout à l'autre de Lima en transport en commun.Les photos de l'annonce et l'annonce correspondent vraiment à la réalité.Je retournerai chez Carlos lors de mon prochain séjour à Lima.
Je vous recommande vraiment cette adresse.

Excelent concierge service, the owner was extremely nice he personally welcome me. The suite had everything you need, kitchen, full laundry, cleaning person on request , nice balcony , very clean place. Walking distance from Larcomar and Miraflores. There is nothing to complaint on this property, good place to come back. Thanks for your hospitality Don Carlos !

This was a great find. The location was perfect as it was near my realtives in Lima. It is also very close to Miraflores and all of the nightlife excitment. Even though there is a full kitchen to cook meals if you so desire, there is a nice little eatery right across the street that will even bring the food to the apartment. Also a block away is a nicely stocked "bodega" or convenience store where you can buy snacks, soft drink even beer and stuff. A full supermarket is a few blocks away.The nearby beaches are only a 10 minute drive. Both the owner and his mother were awesomee to deal with. They were very helpful in every way. I would definitely recommend this and plan to go back next year.
