Luau at Sandestin is located on the beach-side of the five star Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. The condominiums offers many amenities for its guests. There is a community pool that is heated during the winter months as well as a hot tub and kiddie pool! There is a poolside bar and outdoor grills. So, you can cook out and have cocktails while enjoying the beautiful weather outside. You will also find an exercise room in this beautiful gated community.

My husband and I loved staying in this unit!! It was very spacious and absolutely precious on the inside!!! We hated that it was so cool outside and we did not get to spend time on the beach but we watched many movies inside the room which was very comfortable and nice!! Hope to stay here again in the future :)Thank you!!

The room was small but clean and all we needed as a couple. The price was affordable, the pool was large and beautiful! Just wish it was located a little closer to the beach but we knew the location when we rented it. Ice was not available from ice machine. You had to call and it was $3 a bag. Other than that, it was wonderful!

Sandestin is beautiful. The parking garage was a plus. The condo was quite small for three. The hide-a-bed was flimsy and uncomfortable. We were expecting a kitchen, probably didn't read enough detail. Sink, microwave, small fridge (no stove). Internet connection was sporadic and choppy. Overall, pricy for the condo.

Love stay at the Luau. Room is perfect for us. Only two of us don't need a lot of room. At the beach most of the time and out in the evening.
I only have one thing I would like to suggest. I think if you would put a flat screen TV and mount it on the wall. Get rid of the tv cabinet (Armwar) it would take up less room.

Overall the trip was very good and relaxing. The room was nice and clean. My only complaint was there was not enough luggage carts. We had to tote all of our luggage to and from our room with no cart.

the room was perfect for just two people. my husband and i had a wonderful time! enjoyed the music by the pool (wish it was a little louder though) and also enjoyed the sun deck on the top floor of our condo. that was a beautiful view! great vaca for the price

We re-visited Sandestin Resort, and specifically the
Luau complex, for our 1 year anniversary. We stayed
in the other tower last year after getting married in
Destin. The property and atmosphere were A+. We were
able to relax for a week and the ability to do so
many things in the area made it a great getaway. The
staff on property were nice and the Crye-Leike Costal
Realty staff were top notch and helpful as well. We
plan on coming back for a 4th time next year. Highly
recommend this company and this location in Destin!! -

Beautiful complex, convenient to the beach and pool and other amenities. I
was there with my daughter and her friend. It was not necessarily a good
accommodation for the 3 of us. It would have been better for a couple. The
place is marketed as a one-bedroom, but really it is just a large hotel room. -

I believe that the unit must be owned by a smoker or they have had problems with folks smoking in this unit. The smell was horrible, and we tried to stay away from the unti more time than not since this was the case. Our clothes that we didn't wear & luggage came back infested with the smell, as well. Please also note that there is no dishwasher, so you need to hand wash anything that you use.

There very well could have been smokers in the unit and I do apologize for that. Im sorry the smell was that bad that it carried into your luggage and clothes. We will get with the owner about trying to get a dishwasher in the unit for the use of our guests. Thank you for your concern.
